Rene came on time and was very professional, even to the point of putting on the shoe covers as he walked around our home. He explained everything that he saw and answered all my questions completely. I highly recommend him and Team-Air-Zona and will be using them for all my HVAC needs.

Rene came out to my home and as always did a phenomenal job. He has such an attention to detail even washed out my system. He did not try to upsell me like so many companies do. I not only highly recommend this company but I also recommend Rene as your service technician. It's too bad they only allow five stars because he is a 10 star employee. On time and Professional Service is what you can expect from not only this company but from this technician. I am definitely a customer for life.

I've been using Team AIR-Zona for quite a few years now and always get the best of the best service. They serviced my old unit, then installed a new AC unit a few years ago and now I get all my servicing completed with Rene. He is great - prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly! Alex was the first agent who came out to help us figure out what was going on with our AC, he was amazing. He took his time and made sure we understood everything he was sharing with us. He felt there was another issue but wasn’t completely sure, so he got on the phone with his office and scheduled another appt the same week and with more seasoned agent. That agent was Rene. Alex actually asked to come back with Rene so that way he could learn more and figure out what was going on. Together they were able to figure it out and give us some good information. Both Alex and Rene were very kind and thorough. They answered all of our questions and made sure they left with us feeling comfortable.

Alex showed up at the start of the 2 hour window. He did a great job cleaning my a/c system. He recommended I get a surge protector to help my compressor last longer. I had him install it on this visit. I am very happy with the service I have received from Team AIR-Zona and highly recommend them.

I called this business at 7:30am on a Friday morning and had an appointment from 4-6pm that same day. The woman who answered the phone was kind and courteous. I received a call at 2:45pm from the service men stating they would be able to come early. I was greeted by a Mr. Rene and Mr Sam... who were also kind and greeted me with a smile. They came into the backyard and were fast, efficient and willing to answer all of my many questions! (and they did not seemed annoyed_ LOL) They were here for about an hour and got everything working and running properly. We also got a service contract for the next year to help us with our maintenance. I also love that they are local and service the East Valley primarily. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you for helping this busy momma bear out so quickly!

We have a wonderful routine visit today. Upon inspection we got our capacitor replaced on furnace preparing for the cold days ahead. They are so clean, courteous and a pleasure to have service our units. Highly recommend!

We had a late night issue with our AC due to extreme temperatures on Saturday evening....Alex called us back within 10 minutes to set up a service call for Sunday. He came earlier than planned, and that's fine by me! He checked everything, made a couple suggestions and diagnosed the problem immediately. I'm so glad there are people and companies like this for us to rely on especially in a last minute pinch. He was knowledgeable and very informative! Thanks again! ....having a membership also is a real penny saver!

My home is a short term rental and when one of my renters called and said the heat stopped working, I Knew I had to act fast. I called Team Air Zona, and Rene and Alex we repairing my heater within a few hours. They were professional and my renters were left impressed that it was all handled so fast and efficient. I will use Team Air Zona for all my HVAC needs going forward.

This company is dependable and fair. Renee and Claudio were out today and did a thorough inspection and cleaning to get us ready for summer. They were very professional and answered all of our questions. I recommend this company.
