I'm not surprised that nearly every review is 5 stars, we've had Robert out to our house twice now, and if we encounter any future issues we are 100% giving this company our business again. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, quickly finding the source of our issues and extensively answering any questions we had. So many things I love about this company! Easy to call in and reach office staff, always super friendly. Service techs get out quickly-Dustin is professional, clean, easy to talk to and amazing at what he does. Very knowledgeable and someone you can trust. We are really happy with this company and will continue to use them for all our AC/Heating needs!

We moved here in Sept. 2020 and the HVAC system was 18 years old. Team Air-Zona tuned the system up and gave us an estimate for complete repairs last fall. We purchased their service agreement and decided to replace it as it is now 20 years old.
They came out and gave us an estimate and explained the difference between the three options.

Rene" and Sam just left. What an amazing team. They treated our home like it was their own parents. They left everything pristine.

Rene" set up and explained how to use the thermostat and checked our vents and found half of them were closed.

The house is so much more comfortable. We had a UV air purifier put in and we can already breathe better. My stuffed up head is no longer stuffed up.

The maintenance agreement has some nice perks. We got a nice discount on our system.

We highly recommend this business. They don't do a chop and swap job. There was a huge pile of materials they took out and replaced with new along with new wiring.

We had 3 different quotes and we got a two stage for the price of what a single stage would have been plus a higher quality system.

I've had another great experience with this company. My AC quit on me around 8:00 PM last night. I called their number and left a message. They can out for me the following morning. They were able to make it out to my house earlier than scheduled. They really saved my bacon. I recommend them 100% to anyone needing assistance.
