Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection and explained how my AC unit was in fair condition and gave me a quote for items that will help save my AC unit. He did not over sell or tell me I needed anything repaired. So awesome for me! Just my cost of tune up with a few things to think about.

Professional, friendly and fair so far. Rene did some duct-work and was able to simplify the installation on the day of the appointment, which saved me a decent amount of money. Appreciated the extra effort in doing a minimally invasive installation.

The Customer Service Team responded promptly to an email request and an appointment was set up for the next working day (I called on Saturday afternoon). Robert, the Technician, called as he had a cancellation and was about four hours EARLY! He diagnosed the problem quickly (faulty furnace control board), rushed out to get the part and had our system up and running quickly.
I can't recommend Team AIR-Zona highly enough. They really are the best.

Dustin was absolutely fantastic. We had purchased a condo in Scottsdale that we were using as a rental. When there started to be trouble with the AC we reached out to the company who the previous owner had used. We spent $700 on a part needing replaced. 2 months later there was another part needing to be replaced for $1,200. I just had a feeling that the techs were inept and that I was being taken down a path of no return. I reached out to Team Air-zona for a 2nd opinion and because of their 5 star rating. I shared with Angela at Team Air-zona my concerns and she reassured me that the tech who would be out would be honest and direct with what was going on. Dustin did just that. He took his time explaining to me what was going on in understandable terms. Turns out what the other company told me was wrong, was working fine. There still were areas needing repair, but since the unit was about 10 years old we opted to put in a new unit.
I felt fine and at ease with doing business with Team Air-zona. The installation was seamless and professionally installed. Dustin and his team of techs did a fantastic job. Angela in the office was available, kind and attentive. I highly recommend them. I just wish they serviced the west valley. Sadly they don't. You won't be sorry working with Team Air-zona.

Sam is great, very professional and easy to talk to. He made recommendations to repair some deteriorating pieces of the AC due to sun damage. I would definitely use the company’s services again.

First of all sometimes referral are priceless. This is one of those situations. Air-zona was a referral from my pool shop. This team is amazing! Robert, Nick and Sam collaborated on my systems, isolated key components that were worn or needed attention. They repaired, serviced and gave me and my family a piece of mind that our systems are functioning at their highest level. I’ve had many AC companies through the years, yet this one I will keep as my only company! When the time comes, which someday it will, they alone will replace the systems. My confidence is that strong. The office staff was was professional, their techs are smart, honest and always looking out for the consumer. Also, response times and direct contact was top notch.
