Had ac checked found it needed replacement. Salesmen educated us on replacement. Two guys replaced everythong needed. Cleaned up afterwards and did a great job. Happy with the service.

We got an AC checkup and we were scheduled with Rene. He did a great job and was very thorough. We got a list of things that could be replaced but we were not pushed into doing it unless we wanted to do. Very professional and honest team.

Dustin and his team was awesome professional and clean and knowledgeable he taught me and my wife how our system works and how to work it and his team was courteous, I'm so glad I went with this team! I would recommend and definitely stay with his affordable service, and service plan.

Sam was a great technician and is very informational. Team Air-Zona doesn’t try to gouge the customer, just informs and suggests recommendations and is open and honest. I highly recommend this company!

I truly appreciate this great service overall. I love that follow ups are always fast and calls are made prior to let me know they they are one their way. Rene, did a wonderful job! He was out months prior and replaced my capacitors. At the time he shared that while my AC units weren't original to the house, the coils and such were, and all components may need servicing again at some point.

The day came today. One of my units was leaking and exhausted its refrigerant. He advised of sealing and refilling the refrigerant, which would be a cost savings, but issues may continue; or replace the whole unit with uniform and compatible coils that would provide more efficient cooling and better longevity, but be more costly. I opted for the latter.

I appreciate his honesty and willingness to take the time to properly educate me on these components, as well as making sure I understood my options. Pairing that with phenomenal service allowed me a level of comfort to make the decision that I did.

I recently went through my home warranty to get my AC checked because it wasn’t getting cool. The company they sent over seemed so shady. The guy told me that a quick fix would cost $200 or we would have to replace a part. We decided to just replace the part to make sure we don’t have this issue again. We get the quote from the company and it was $2550!! A bunch of things were added on there that they claimed needed to be replaced but it made no sense. He never said any of those things were an issue when he was here. We decided to get a second opinion from Team Air-Zona. We spoke with Dustin and shared our concerns. He was super helpful and got someone to our house within 24hrs. Renee and Sam were the technicians who came and checked our system. They were great, they explained every step of the process and even pointed things out that we wouldn’t have been able to notice since we had no idea what to even look for. We showed them the home warranty quote and they were able to tell us that basically everything on there did NOT need to be replaced! They saved us money and we’re completely professional and honest. Definitely will be keeping them as my go to for my AC.
