Team AIR-zona has earned my business for life. They have come to my rescue on two occasions - once for heating and once for ac. Both visits they have been able to come over within a couple hours of my initial call. Robert has been professional, friendly and thorough; quickly assessing the issue and providing me with a quote, which has always been reasonably priced. The repairs have been great, and he's willing to answer questions and provide me with all the info I need about any additional maintenance.

I had an air conditioning issue on a Saturday of the Labor Day holiday weekend. I only expected to get a voicemail. I was greatly relieved to have Dustin answer the phone and help me. Turns out, he was able to be at our house in a couple of hours, resolved our issue quickly and was very helpful and friendly and explained things thoroughly. Amazing to get that kind of response on a holiday weekend. We will definitely use you folks in the future.

Just wanted to comment on the technician that came here today. He was just great, very knowledgeable and he explained any and everything I asked with enthusiasm and patience. He did a great job and represented your company with professionalism. He speaks very highly Team Airzona and its commitment to customer service. In respect to the issue I had with my AC, I must agree “A-Quality” and your staff have been great to work with!

My upstairs AC was not cooling I immediately went on Google to search for AC repair. I decided to call Team Air-Zona and maybe within 20 min of my call I had a technician at my door.
