Absolutely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! Robert came out to our house today and did an exceptional job, couldn’t be happier!! He is an amazing guy with a ton of knowledge. His focus is getting the job done in a way that makes the customer happy and he goes above and beyond to make that happen!! Team Air-zona is the only company I will call for a/c needs!! (I would say heat too, but we don’t use that here. 😂)

Extremely pleased. This is my second year using them for my yearly AC tune-up. Robert has serviced it both this year and last. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything without any sales pitch. He is very fair and honest in his work. I was trying to figure out how to fix an HVAC issue in my house to cool off the West side where it was always hotter than the rest of the house. He suggested adding a return to my bedroom, and did so at a very reasonable price with quality work. He worked with Anthony on adding the return and the tune-up this year since he's training him. I very highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

I was not disappointed Robert and Sam were on time and friendly.
Robert took the time to answer all my questions about my two AC units and my one Heat Pump. He left with me having a much greater knowledge of my system, and what I can do to keep them running good.
I wouldn't hesitate to Call them again. In fact they will be my goto AC company from now on!

From start to finish their work is top notch. Easy to schedule appointments, reasonably priced and the technicians were on time and professional. Robert and teammate were knowledgeable, answering all questions we had and worked efficiently to fix our AC and do duct work in our home. Highly recommend Team AIR-Zona!

We had Nick and Sam come out to perform a tune-up of our HVAC system. They were both courteous, professional and worked efficiently to assess the condition of our AC system. They gave recommendations on present maintenance needs, as well as the options for replacement. Our unit is still working after 17+ years of service. When the time comes we will absolutely be contacting Team AIR-Zona.

This company by far exceeds my expectations. I have used this company on several occasions from repairing my AC units to replacing ducts and vents throughout the entire house and cleaning my air ducts. They are very professional, courteous and on time. They know their stuff and always clean up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

My furnace went out and I called my usual but they weren’t open on Saturday so I tried Team Air-zona. They scheduled Dustin M. and he called and said he could even come early if I’d like! He was fast, professional, clean, and did a great job! I now have a new AC&Heating company for all my needs, highly recommended.

I refuse to go anywhere else for our AC and heating. The owners are just honest and ethical. They're on time, communicative, and explain the cause, what the options are, and are upfront about any costs. They don't price gouge you or recommend unnecessary replacements. A TRUSTWORTHY AC repair company in AZ?! Yes. They exist. And this is one of those companies. Our downstairs heater wasn't blowing on New Years Eve...they could have just closed up for the day to celebrate with their respective families. Nope. Anthony came right out. He didn't have the specific part. Did he reschedule? No he ran out to the local shop to get it...Got us up and running while I worked. Normally I could wait it out, but with little ones and the temperatures dropping this week...it was so sincerely appreciated. Thanks Anthony, Robert, Dustin, and the whole Team AIR-Zona crew...again.

Placed a service call with Team Air-Zona in the morning and at 4:30 in the afternoon was greeted by Dustin. He did a really comprehensive check on my unit showing me the exact reasons it was acting the way it did. Made some excellent recommendations on how I can improve my situation. Extremely surprised by his knowledge and skill around my split system, not something you see every day. I can see why they have good reviews. Thanks again.
