We hired TeamAir-Zona to install a mini split system in our tiny house. From the first phone call to the completed installation we received incredible customer service. Robert, John and Dustin did a great job with the install, showing up on time, cleaning up and ensuring we understood the way the unit is suppose to work. I highly recommend!

Nothing worse than getting home from work to a boiling hot house in the summer. Was referred to Air-zona from a family member that had a great experience. So called and Tina answered the phone and I felt her concern for us. She got out a tech (Dustin) within 30 minutes as promised. Dustin was super friendly and clean. Robert is a rock star. My son's home air conditioning had completely failed. Dead. Up to this point it had been failing intermittently. A technician from another company was out five days ago. The verdict was that the compressor was too small for the house and that it was overheating and shutting down. Proposed fix was a $5,300 compressor. Robert came out within 90 minutes of my call. He ran a full diagnostic check of the system and identified a failed controller board. He had the board on his truck and made the repair immediately. I could not be more satisfied. My son and his family are ready for the rest of the hot days of summer.

Robert is very personable. He fully explained the problem, the repair, and issues to watch out for. He only sold me what I needed. Nothing more. Robert and Team AIR are my go-to people for HVAC. They should be yours too.

Robert was very professional. I was very impressed that my AC was fixed under 2 hours of calling! Fortunately it was only a capacitor replacement. I will definitely use Team Air-Zona again in the future!

The service I received from team Air-Zona was amazing. Michael was being to able to pinpoint the troublecall over the phone and sent Robert and Dustin over to fix my AC asap. Within the hour, my house was cooling at the optimal level. Highly recommended for my cooling and heating needs.
