Team AIR-Zona HVAC Air Conditioning & Heating

I am very impressed with the customer service and the knowledge given to me with this company. I needed someone with in a day to add duct work to 2 very small rooms that were not meant to really be used other than a closet. However, the office was being remodeled and this was a must before we moved forward. I called around to a few other companies but they were not available for a few days. With me being on a time crunch this was not an option. Finally I call Team AIR-zona and Dustin informed me they were booked up but will see what he can do and call me back. A couple hours later he called me back and let me know he worked out his schedule to where he fit me in. He was professional, kept me informed on the progress, and was finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them as long as they are around.

We called them as a second opinion and are so glad we did! Robert was very informative and helpful and was able to do the work same day with a better price than our first opinion! Would definitely recommend!!

I held off on doing a review until the summer months to evaluate the overall efficiency and operation Team AIR-zona did when they diagnosed and repaired my unit. We were in real need of a new AC unit. The first call I made for a quote was to Team Air-zona and they were here within a few hours. No hard sell or attempt to sell me more than I needed. I knew I was talking to a pro! The quote was fair and complete and we had an install scheduled within days! The day of the install was like clockwork. When it was all said and done we are extremely happy with the people, customer service, and workmanship. Our house has not been this comfortable in years! Highly recommend!!!

Our experience was nothing but pleasant from the get-go. I researched about 10 different companies beforehand and called Team Air-zona based on other really great reviews. The gentleman (John) that answered the phone actually asked my name when I called and genuinely sounded concerned about the A.C. issue we were having. He was the ONLY person that asked what the issue was instead of just throwing out a service price. We had Dustin & Robert come out the following day and they both were extremely informative and helpful on what our issues were.

A lot of times you call a service guy to come out and they are just sloppy with their work and leave a mess behind. Not the case with these guys, very clean, meticulous and honest. Outstanding service from this company, will recommend to everyone we know and use them in the future.

Dustin did a great job for us! He was timely, considerate and knowledgeable. He could have tried to up-sale us but instead he was honest and told us what we didn’t need and what we shouldn’t do along with what we should do. After talking with him for over half an hour just on his business experience, I truly believe in Dustin’s integrity and by his desire to treat his customers right. This is what brings repeat business and I wish more of corporate America would follow his lead.

I couldn’t be more pleased with Robert at Team AIR-zona! Robert took time to explain what needed repaired and why. Very polite, informative, and professional. I’ve used Team AIR-zona twice now for general maintenance and repairs for our Central Air Units. I’m confident we will continue this relationship going forward. I highly recommend their services.

What a great company. We have used them a couple of times already and they are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Our AC stopped working again last night, I called this morning and they were able to work with my schedule and come same day. The techs that came out were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to diagnosis and fix our problem. I will continue to use and promote this company.

What a terrific company and team! The employees, Robert, Dustin and Anthony, are courteous, clean, and efficient. The first yr we lived here, we turned on the hvac (3 days before x-mas, the day before guests were to arrive), and, no heat. The Air-Zona team came out the next day. They helped our old unit limp along for three years with seasonal fixes until we could afford to replace it. Air-Zona re-did the duct work as well. The difference is amazing. I can't wait till this summer to see how great the new AC works. The temp is much more consistent throughout the house now and the new thermostat is so much easier to use. They also replaced my parents old unit. I will recommend this company to anyone, anytime!
