I cannot recommend this team enough. They went above and beyond during a very stressful time and brought much needed relief for our family. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable and thorough with our AC repair. They arrived within a few hours after we explained our situation and were able to quickly get our AC running. Great guys! 10/10 would absolutely recommend these gentleman to diagnose/fix any HVAC issues. Our downstairs AC motor was broken and these gentleman were able to squeeze us in and help get it fixed very quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed getting to know the owner and absolutely trust their knowledge and experience. They made recommendations and were never pushy and prices were very on par for the work they completed.

Sutton is the most honest, helpful, timely and professional HVAC company in Arizona. They responded quickly to a cooling AC issue and found a previous HVAC company installed hardstops on new units that were causing the problem. They didn’t stop there. They evaluated the entire system to find the entire HVAC unit was not installed to code. They came back quickly to fix all issues to restore the HVAC system to code. Joe was very responsive and explained everything all along the way. Top notch. You will get an honest expert service! Thanks guys- I appreciate it!

I would highly recommend Sutton’s HVAC services really saved us and helped our family tremendously! Our air went out on Wednesday and really didn’t know what to do. Andy even helped me do battle with my home warranty company to ensure we could get our heat restored as quick as possible. Joe was great he made it a point to come visit me twice to make sure things were diagnosed correctly. Man of his word even came after 5pm on a Friday evening. I would highly recommend joe to anyone that’s in need of hvac maintenance. Definitely would love to work with him again if needed definitely a five star review.

Had to get ac system and furnace replaced this was a full removal of the old system and install of new system. They paid attention to detail, double checked everything, communicated, up front pricing. I don't say this often but I trust these gentleman with my home, and my time. 10 out of 10. 100% recommend.
