Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning

The owner of the company came out to check our air conditioner. I really appreciated the extra security measure of sending a text including his photo when he was on his way. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Most importantly I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us some expensive repair we didn’t need and even mentioned keeping an eye out for parts that might fit our existing older system. My husband and I have already recommended this company to a neighbor and will do so again without hesitation.

Early morning I woke up to find my a/c was no longer working. I called them and they were able to get someone out within hours! They were polite on the phone, and even sent a text with a picture of the technician coming by. Once the tech was here he diagnosed it and explained in detail what was wrong. He fixed it short term and described my options moving forward. I already knew I needed a new unit but hoped it would get me through this summer. Another gentleman came by and went into detail about their Trane systems. We decided upon one, and to my surprise it was installed next day! The install crew were professional and even tried to stay as quiet as possible since they noticed I was working from home. I am so fortunate to have found this company and have already recommended them to my friends and family! They are very knowledgeable, kind, and down to earth. I am happy with who I chose for my a/c needs.

This company is fantastic. My experience with them started last summer when I had my 14 year old AC die. After reaching out to a few companies, these guys were super responsive and quick to get a tech out to assess the situation. 2 days later they had a new system in and running. I've called them for a couple other things since that time, and everyone I have dealt with has been super responsive, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and transparent. Finding people you trust to work on your house can be as challenging as finding a good doctor - I will continue to work with Reliance, and am happy to recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We had Reliance replace our AC unit 2 years ago along with some duct and insulation improvements. We have been very happy with the results! Immediately we were saving over $100 a month in the summer. In addition we get to enjoy a much quieter unit. We are fans of their maintenance agreement where they conduct two annual inspections. They send reminders to schedule with them, and I have not had any issues with their scheduling.

Reliance is a very informed and customer sensitive company. We have gotten tremendous customer service and I have been educated on everything that they do. Our bills have come down and would highly recommend them to all. They are price sensitive and only recommend what is best for our situation and what we are trying to accomplish. All techs, sales people and they owners are very knowledgeable and it is a breath of fresh air to feel great after talking with them at our house.

Very professional and I loved that they took the time to list out everything that I needed to either repair or replace my unit without pressuring me to do either or. I appreciate the thorough inspection and explanation I received, I will definitely be using them for all of my AC/HVAC needs moving forward!

Daniel and the team from Reliance were amazing. The price, service and information provided me was second to none. Being an out of state customer I was put at ease after speaking with Daniel. The job went smoothly and my tenant and I are both thrilled with the results. Thank you for making the air conditioning replacement an easy and seamless process

Of course our AC died on a Friday August 13th, approximately at 5:15 PM. Daylen called back immediately. We scheduled a Monday morning appointment. Complete unit was ordered and installation began Wednesday at 7:00 AM. Enrique worked all day with his assistant Kevin and finished at 4:30 and VIOLA we had wonderful AC. Very clean, careful, and utterly professional. Will definitely recommend them to everyone and definitely seek them out when other needs are warranted. OMG I almost forgot Daniel, he was the lead and our Knight in Shining Armor. Be weary of other AC companies out there. NONE can compare to Reliance.

My AC started not cooling but running constantly. I called at 4 pm on Thursday and there was a repair man here by 830 Friday morning, even in the middle of summer.

My family has been a customer for over 25 years; dating back when the father owned the company, through Dalen coming out to help, to now his son working in the business. This is a great family business and all their employees treat you with respect and empathy. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Excellent service: knowledgeable and very responsive. We confidently purchased an air conditioner for our rental property and are very happy with the decision. Also, we had some questions about our overall system at our primary (new) residence. Daniel came over (on a late Friday afternoon) and reviewed our system going into significant detail to help us completely understand the heating and cooler system - free of charge. Very impressed.
