I was impressed by their quick response to my email and follow up phone call the next morning. That was just the beginning. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and highly competent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair. They are affordable and offer a maintenance program that offers a great product at a great price. I highly recommend them!

We are very happy with this entire experience from start to finish. When we initially called to get a quote, Daniel returned our call with in an hour. He was out to our home that day and was very friendly and thorough. The quote he gave us was lower than other companies. We had other companies lined up, but cancelled them after speaking with Daniel. We chose Reliance due to their great customer service. On the day of installation, they were there when they said they would be. The installation went very smoothly and successful. They cleaned up everything at the end. We would recommend Reliance to everyone.

This is an update...my electricity bill was way less this summer. August bill was $150 instead of $255!! My new system worked great. Now the heating system seems excellent also! Thanks Reliance!!

After getting a couple of estimates I decided to go with Reliance. I couldn't be more pleased with my choice!! My initial meeting with Daniel was great and his quote was the BEST. Jose and Enrique did the installation. They were fantastic!!!
During the installation the owner, Dalen, came by to deal with a concern I had. There were follow up calls to make sure everything was running smoothly. All very professional. Plus the personal connection of dealing with a family owned company.

I rarely give a 5-Star review but, in the case of my experience with Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning, I wish I could give them even more stars! Reliance just installed a new 2-ton Ruud 14 SEER at my home and it was best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Bar none. Before I received a proposal, Daniel came over and did a complete assessment of my needs and made specific suggestions that I did not receive from other contractors that I had contacted - and he was spot on! The new system is state-of-the-art and (very important to me!) much quieter than the old system. The installation went extremely well thanks to the hard work, expertise and professionalism of Jose' and Enrique. These guys know their stuff and they know how to get the job done! Highly recommended!

Reliance came out to install a new thermostat and the technician was Very knowledgeable and professional. He wore shoe covers keep my house clean. He explained everything he was doing and even noticed something might be starting to fail on my AC unit that he investigated. He cleaned up everything and was very polite. Their fees are very reasonable.I would definitely use them again.

I own a commercial building and had one of my 24 year old systems quit.
I called and Daniel came by the same day and gave me a very competitive quote for a new system. I did approve the quote the same day and told me his team would be their the next morning. At 6:30 the next morning Jose and Roberto showed up ready for action. Needless to say they completed the job flawlessly the same day and were cognizant that my business couldn't be interrupted during the install. They gave me updates as the day progressed. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was complete.

We had our appointment to have our new AC unit installed at 6AM. The technicians arrived on time and did not waste any time. As soon as they announced their arrival, they started working on the project. The team of Jose and Enrique were both very professional, friendly and polite. They worked clean and very organized. After the main job was done, Jose took time to give me a tutorial on how to use our new thermostat. He also explained the features and benefits of the new unit and how it will also save on our electric bill. After the installation was complete, it was very nice to see how clean the work was. We're very satisfied customers.

We were very happy with the overall estimate and installation of a new HVAC system for our home. They provided answers to all of our questions, and were able to schedule us the same week for the install. The installation went smoothly, and they were masked anytime they entered our home. The thermostat install was quick, and they demonstrated the various features of the unit.

Very satisfied with the part replacement and the professionalism of the technician. My AC unit was repaired the same day, which is great. He showed up within the time window given, was extremely courteous, and took the time to explain all of his recommendations and my options. The text message that is sent ahead of time that gives you the technicians name, picture, and a little bit about them is a nice touch. I will definitely use Reliance for all my future AC needs!

What a WONDERFUL experience from quote to cleanup. Daniel listened to our needs and was transparent with information so we could make an informed decision. Install was a breeze with Jose and Roberto... so professional, polite, and hard working. I have never had a HVAC install be so quiet. Everything was immaculate when they were done, too. They took the time to explain the thermostat and answered our questions. Hands down the best experience!
