Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning

We had our A/C go out in the middle of August, which is less than ideal in Phoenix, AZ. The first thing I did was search for the best A/C repair company near me and Reliance popped up immediately. I’ve been in the Valley for more than 30 years and I’ve known about Reliance for as long as I can remember. Family, friends, and co-workers have recommended them over the years so I gave them a call hoping they could help us immediately.

To my surprise, they were able to get a technician out the same day. He arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately. But there was a problem; we needed a part and that part was located at a place that was closing in literally the next 5 mins. He placed the order and had the part picked up just before they closed, which literally saved the day. Reliance went above and beyond for us!

I cannot recommended them more if I tried. Reliance will be my new go to place for all things A/C related. Reliance rocks!

Raul explained everything in detail and he worked with my grandson over the phone to ensure us of what was being taken care of.

These guys are fantastic! Daniel did a great job walking us through the different options we had and the costs, etc. for each. They were flexible with us when scheduling the install and I received a text confirming the appointment that included a picture of the crew. They arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They took great measures to cover and protect the floors, etc in our house. They worked quickly and efficiently and gave us a thorough explanation of all the work was done and the costs and coverages. The new unit has the house cool and comfortable and is practically silent. We’re completely satisfied with Reliance and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

We found this company on Trane's website. We ended up replacing our ac unit and replacing the return and supply ducts and adding a larger duct to our family room. This was a truly outstanding experience for us with this company. From Ezel the repairman who 1st visited us to Daniel the consultant/ installation manager to the entire installation team, this was a first class job well done. This is a well run company, highly trained staff, very professional, no pressure and no nonsense. This type of work is not cheap, but I felt like I got good value for the money spent. i have already referred them to another member of my family.

We had a new HVAC system installed. We were thrilled with the price and the staff. They didn't try to over sell us and knew just what we needed.
