My unit was installed by Reliance years ago. They are true professionals. I was able to get a same-day appointment. I received a text when my technician was on his way, along with a photo of the individual and a little bit about him personally along with his experience. He knew exactly what he was doing. Very informative. He gave me options and suggestions for future visits. I highly recommend Reliance to anyone needing heating and cooling services or installation of a new unit.

Brayden, our technician, showed up on time after a courteous call to say he was on his way. His professionalism was exemplified from the moment he crossed our threshold when he thoughtfully put booties on over his shoes before entering our home. Brayden listened to the observations we had to share about our AC problem. He did not rush, but rather took the time to understand our concerns. He then set to work problem solving. After identifying the issue, he offered several options for a solution. Most importantly, he had the required replacement part along so the solution we chose could be put in action during the same visit! We felt highly confident in Brayden's work (a week after his visit, our AC problem remains solved!!) as well as his recommendations for best AC practices going forward.

Brayden was extremely professional and friendly. Great customer service. He kept my in the loop throughout the process and not only resolved my issue but walked me through the process of what he was doing. I’ve used Reliance twice now and both experiences have been great. I called and spoke with a lovely receptionist who quickly scheduled me and sent me a text with a picture of my technician when he was on the way. Rual was able to come out within an hour. I had 2 other companies come out prior to him; one company installed the wrong item, and another left everything unplugged and was double the price to fix while pushing for a whole new system.
I felt no pressure to buy a new system. He provided me with clear explanations and must be competent because he got my hvac back up and running and even stayed awhile to ensure it was working properly. Absolutely no complaints from the company.

Raul was fantastic. He explained everything easily and mentioned a couple things that should be replaced before more expensive repairs would be required. Pictures of all the repairs were included with the invoice. We also signed up for the Platinum Peace of Mind Agreement for future safety and repair inspections. Very happy with Reliance! Thank you!
