Azel did an awesome job repairing our Air Con system. He was on-time, friendly and professional. Congratulations to the person who is responsible for hiring technicians at your company. Yes, of course I will not hesitate to recommend Reliance AC to my family and friends.

Wow! My husband and I were so impressed with the performance of this company from start to finish. Each person we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We called about our air conditioning unit on Tuesday, and within an hour Geoffrey was at our house. He explained what was going on with our air conditioner and gave us several options. Once we chose to go with a new unit, he continued to help us through that process. The next morning, Daniel arrived promptly and on time to take measurements. He then told us we would be able to have a new air conditioner installed by Thursday morning. On Thursday morning, everything went smoothly and as planned. We cannot stress enough how appreciative we are of Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning; they are outstanding and highly recommended! A++

We just got our house back after the install of air and heating units. Galen and staff were great. It all went exactly as told. The install crew could not have been better. Prompt and friendly, hard working and considerate. The did a great job of keeping our house clean with the least amount of disruption for our pets.
We could have saved money and gone with another company, but it’s reviews were nowhere near as impressive. So happy,so far.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. After 24 years in the military, I have found most companies just don't do things as nicely as I would like them. Seems most want to make the big money but do not want to take the time to do things correctly. I was so pleased with the Reliance Heating and Air. Dalen (Owner) assured me that his guys would go the extra mile to take care of my home and install the equipment with care. I was prepared to be unhappy (Mostly, just because that's me). i was pleasantly surprised when the two installers, Enrique and Jose' arrived, they even arrived on time. They took the time to spread tarps protect the areas they were going to work. This was a complete A/C install so requiring a good portion of the day. I was called away for work while the installers were still in my home. I had no choice but to provide them with the code to my garage and leave them with access to my home so the installed could be completed. I returned from work that evening, the garage door was shut, my floor was swept, doors and lights shut off. It was hard for me to tell anyone had even been there. The AC/Heater has performed flawlessly. I am very pleased with the reliability, cleanliness and truly, attention to detail that Reliance took, not only with my home but the install of the equipment. If you are anything like me and want a good job done for the money you pay. I assure you, you wont go wrong using these guys. Thank you Dalen and your team for making me feel really good about choosing your company and the equipment you recommended. Dan Grimm and the whole AC team is great. After interviewing 5 other companies we decided to have Reliance do the work and it turned out great. The installers spent about 6 to 7 hours on each unit. Cleaned up after themselves and shut the door as they came in and out. So if I had to do it again I would call Dan and the rest of the Reliance team.

I'm the home owner. I have known the Blumintrit's (sp) for 40 years. Dave and Dalen and now Breyden still are my go to HVAC professionals. Can't do with out them.

Was extremely pleased with our whole experience from the installation of our new Nest to the follow up check of the AC unit. The techs were very polite, informative and most importantly on time. Highly recommend Reliance for all AC needs.

Brayden was on time and professional. He suggested additional maintenance items in addition to what was needed to get my AC back up and running but wasn't pushy at all about it, taking no the first time. I've had companies try to scam me and have scammed family members in the valley with similar repairs with outrageous prices but Reliance's prices were very reasonable, the quality of the service was great and I will be using them for all of my future HVAC needs.

Reliance was the fastest to respond to my call ( and I called around) they were very friendly help us figure what we needed and had us cooled off within a few day, in the mid summer when our unit went. They had our 22 yr old unit off our roof and a new up and running in the same day. they are awesome and I would recommend them.

Daniel and his team took great pride in cleanliness and quality of their work. They were helpful in scheduling the estimate and the installation, I definitely recommend Reliance
