Reliance Sales Mgr, Daniel, is a true
professional. He’s been in the business for
over 13 years. Our system was curated for our hvac needs. He had to order some of the system from other states. They offered
every discount available. The installation crew was efficient and knowledgeable.
I wanted a HVAC company I could rely on
and feel good about the product. I’m grateful for their service. We used Trane products… they are experts.

Reliance came out for a repair on my 17 year old AC unit, arrived on time, friendly and informative. When I determined it was time to replace instead of repair they sent Daniel over the same day for a quote. He helped me determine what kind of new system I needed and answered all my questions. Several quotes from other companies and literally just 2 days later Reliance has just finished installing my new AC. Done in 3 hours!! Couldn't be more happy with their service and their willingness to answer my questions and get the job done right. Thank you Roberto and Daniel for a great install!

Two professional young men arrived, I had received confirmation and picture of the men who were to service my account. Brayden was the technician who informed me of the issues of my AC. He definitely knew his stuff. He answered all my questions and showed me pictures of the unit with recommended service.
My husband scheduled the visit said the front office was also very professional.

When our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of a June night, we called a number of AC companies. Reliance was the first to respond. Azel did the initial inspection and, even though it was late in the day, he alerted Daniel to our emergency, and he was at our door within the hour. Daniel took measurements, answered all our questions, identified the ideal replacement unit, helped with financing, and left us with a portable AC unit so that we and our dogs could at least sleep comfortably until our new unit was installed. Reliance provided service that was fast, courteous and drama free.

Called on a unit that stopped on a Saturday, by the end of the day they had a technician at my home. Fix the unit, did a very thorough
inspection, did not attempt upsells. The technician was extremely professional, and handled the business and himself extremely well. Obviously based on this review, I'm more than happy to have them return to my home, but let's hope not too soon :-)
