We were so impressed with how knowledgeable and professional Brayden was in servicing our AC and heating units. Everything was explained in detail and handled as expected.

I selected Reliance based on others' reviews which didn't steer me wrong. Initially, I booked Reliance for system maintenance. When Raul came to do that, he discovered significant issues needing attention that I wasn't aware of. Years ago, this home had a swamp cooler. It was likely a flipper that thought he could just abandon the swamp cooler and ducts, purchase an a/c-heat unit and stick it where the swamp cooler had been sitting. The old elbow, shoved up to the new unit, had big gaps around it letting my cooling and heating out into the neighborhood. Two other HVAC contractors had done maintenance on it since 2020 and never said anything about the botched system on my roof. Raul was thorough, took photos to show me the problems, and explained repair versus replace. Daniel Grimm from Reliance came and explained in greater detail the pros and cons of repair versus replace and costs of each. Never was there any pressure. He laid out the facts and allowed me to reach the conclusion that was right for me. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I decided to replace the worthless Goodman system with a 3-ton Bosch 18.5 SEER variable speed unit. The install was done two days later by Enrique and Kevin. As with Raul and Daniel, these men clearly knew their stuff, too. Polite, on time, professional, knowledgeable, tidy, efficient...and my interactions with their office staff have been no different. Reliance A/C and Heating is family-owned, which I love. When employees of a company have only good things to say about their employer, it gets my attention. In this case, it gets my business, too!

This is absolutely the best air-conditioning company I have ever used. I absolutely LOVE my 2 new air conditioner units!! For me, what makes the biggest difference in working with any company is the quality of the people who work there, their level of honesty, integrity and expertise, and the customer care that they deliver. My experience with Reliance has been 100% the best customer service experience I have ever had with any service company...ever!

After getting set up with an appointment from a very kind and friendly office staff ( I didn't get her name), the next day Daniel came to see what we needed and explain our options. He was on time, professional and extremely knowledgeable on HVAC units. His quote was the best and more importantly, I trusted him. After interviewing other companies, I kept coming back to the honesty, sincerity and integrity I got from Daniel so I chose Reliance.

BEST DECISION EVER!

I signed my contract on a Saturday afternoon and my 2 new units were installed the next business day which was Monday. The installation techs Jose and Roberto arrived on time, were kind, friendly and efficient, worked extremely well as a team and left all work areas perfectly clean. Raul is a tech genius who set up my new digital thermostats ( which for the record, I absolutely love!!) When I needed a bit of assistance in learning how to utilize all the features of my new digital thermostats, set up the phone app and an online account, Daniel made it a point to come to my house the next day to make sure I had everything set up properly. I was beyond amazed that he did this! His level of customer care, his expertise and his response time to any inquiry I have had, have been outstanding!

When it’s over 100° in Arizona you want to know that your air conditioning company is there for you! I feel full confidence that Reliance will always be there for me if I need any future assistance. The highest praise I can give any company is recommending them to family and friends. Throughout the entire experience of getting my new air conditioners I have been so amazed and grateful at the incredible level of care and customer service I have gotten. A huge thank you to everybody at Reliance and I highly recommend them to everybody!

Everyone that I’ve dealt with at Reliance has been so nice and so professional- from reception to sales to installing to maintenance. So many HVAC companies out there- I’m very happy with my decision going with Reliance. I highly recommend.

It’s been about 3 years- regular maintenance and one service call (not their fault) and I would still highly recommend them. There’s so little customer service these days. It’s nice to work with a company who will do what it takes to get the job done.

Reliance has installed 2 different a/c units in 2 different homes of mine. I’m loyal to the company but that is purely because they deserve the loyalty. They routinely go above and beyond. This time around we had Braden come to the house for maintenance. He was on time, thorough in his process and personable. We had a great experience with him as our tech today. I will not use another HVAC company anytime soon because I know I am 100% getting the best service possible with Reliance.

Brayden arrived on time, pleasant and professional. Installed a Purifi system he taught me how to monitor the system. Cleaned up and left
