We hired Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning to install new duct work on a renovation which required an enormous amount of thought due to our low pitch ceiling on an old 1960 ranch style house. Daniel took the time to educate us on how the new ducting would work. He has years of experience and genuine enthusiasm about his work. We felt confident knowing we had a knowledgeable partner to assist us on our project.
The day of installation Daniel came out with Enrique and Kevin to walk them through the install. Enrique has years of experience and is incredibly thoughtful and hardworking. We trusted his decisions implicitly. Kevin was also very professional and such a joy - always a smile on his face! I can't imagine a better team to have helped us on what once seemed an insurmountable job. They truly are a remarkable team and we feel so fortunate for their help and dedication on our project.
We highly recommend Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning and when we need to update our AC units they will be the first company we call.

Reliance did a maintenance checkup call, which they sent a text telling they were on the way and included a picture of who was coming. The technician always put on shoe protectors when coming in the house. They were very respectful and updated me on what they were doing. Provided pictures of what they found and didn't pressure me to purchase possibly things or services I didn't need. It is always a good experience with Reliance.

Excellent experience from initial consultation with Estimator Daniel through the installation of new A/C system, which was completed in just under 5 hours. I received texts in advance with photos of Reliance employees before they arrived. Pricing was competitive and installation was professional. I enthusiastically recommend this company.

We had two full systems replaced. The sales rep Daniel explained the system options, pricing differences, and financing options. Jose and Enrique completed the installations - they were on time, professional, efficient and super knowledgeable about both the systems and the thermostats that were installed (answered all my questions and checked for any other questions before leaving). Overall a great experience!

Jose and Enrique were my technicians who did a fabulous job. Very professional and courteous to us. Reliance Air was considerably less expensive than another company, yet offered the same equipment. Kudos to reliance and their techs for a job well done.

Brayden was very helpful and got me going on our Trane WiFi thermostat. He also did a great job on maintenance and helped me get the Trane 10 year warranty transferred over. Thanks Reliance!

This was our second very positive experience with having purchased and had installed a complete new A/C system from Reliance. A year ago at our rental property and now at our residence. Both times we dealt with sales agent Daniel and installation was accomplished by Roberto and Jose. Since both installations were in mobile homes/manufactured housing, some out-of-the-ordinary components and issues had to be addressed and Daniel was most helpful. He represents Reliance in a most professional manner and is an excellent problem solver. This most recent job involved complete replacement of the main home heat pump system as well as installing a split-system unit in an adjoining addition. Installers Roberto and Jose are highly competent technicians who work well together. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and very courteous. And they left all work areas just as clean as when they first arrived. All of our concerns and questions were addressed and answered and we could hardly be any more pleased with the company and the entire procedure. Reliance absolutely earned and deserves a 5-star rating and we highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs!
