They replaced two ac units for us in December, they were very accommodating to get us scheduled and the install was super quick. The installers were polite and answered any question I had. Leonard was super helpful explaining the units we needed and payment options.

ATM was dispatched by my home warranty company (OneGuard). DJ was awesome to work with. He diagnosed our issue (blown capacitor) and had the part on the truck to fix it. Even then the AC was not very cold, so he checked our coolant and informed us we were a bit low. Within 90 minutes all was working as expected. I'm a handy guy, so I ask tons of questions and try to learn while any technician works on my stuff. DJ was happy to let me lurk and answer any odd questions I had. I would call ATM again outside of my warranty coverage. Would recommend!

After reading some of the reviews from customers with home warranties I was skeptical, since I am using my home warranty as well. After meeting Leonard all worries were put to rest. He was filled with so much knowledge, experience, and compassion. It’s unbelievable how anyone could rate this company below 5 stars! Not to mention, he diagnosed and fixed my AC promptly. I also had an experience with one more technician, Kurt. He as well, was wonderful and full of knowledge. You can tell they only hire honest, reliable, hard working, and just plain good people!!!!! So anyone who reads the home warranty reviews that are negative DON’T BELIEVE IT!!! This is the only company that I will use and trust!!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Mike from Arizona Trademastets after being without AC since last Friday, and it was the best experience I’ve had with. a repair situation. He was so kind, explained all to me and fixed my non working unit with ease and confidence. He put my mind at ease he knew exactly what I needed and how to do it. Thank you Mike and thank you Trade Masters. I highly highly recommend this fine company.

They sent a repair person the next day to fix my AC unit. Deejay was prompt and courteous. He found the problem and fixed it. Very professional. Would highly recommend him and this company. I have a home warranty through One Guard. I have always had good luck through this company.

The line employees are all very nice folks, but the management is wildly incompetent, at least when it comes to customer service. In 2017, ATM installed 2 new AC units for us. In mid-August of this year, one of them stopped blowing cold air. The unit is still under a parts warranty. The first technician, while a very nice person, misdiagnosed the problem - a trip that cost nearly $300. When the first "fix" didn't work, ATM came back out. This time (late August), we were told we needed a part, but they would have to order it. (To ATM's credit, they did not charge for the freon added during this trip.) Again, this is August in Phoenix. We were then told the part would be here by September 7 for an installation the next day. Shortly after that, we were told the part was missing, they didn't know where it was, and we would just have to wait. Then they finally reach out to tell us the part is in and they will be here on September 24 in the afternoon to install it. Of course, that day, they call and say they can't make it because another job is taking longer than expected, meaning we would have to wait another weekend for this to be over. Finally they show up, install the part, and without any advance warning that there would be any charge, spring a bill for over $1,000. Then as an "accommodation" they knocked off $100 - insulting after the 6-week ordeal to get the part. The kicker is that I was told the owner would call to discuss this fiasco. To date, no call has been received. Never again with these guys, and I will be sure to convey this to my neighbor who also bought from them. EDIT: Leonard is lying. I have never spoken to him on the phone or otherwise. Stay away from this company.

Loved working with this company they were amazing and had great prices! Brian, Brady and Johnny came out to install our new air conditioning and were very professional and went above and beyond. This is the company you should use for any AC needs!
