Edit: Problem solved. A more experienced technician was sent to our home and fixed the issues the previous technician left behind.

Our AC unit was working fine but we had them come out to check it before the summer just to make sure everything was working properly. They said our AC unit needed 5 lbs of coolant so we had them add it. Three days later our AC is not blowing room temp air and not cooling the house. They said they won't warranty their work because it was thru our home warranty company. What a complete scam of a company! They broke something that was working properly and won't fix it.

This company is terrible. My home warranty service sent them out to service my ac unit and they made it worse (twice). When they originally came out the guy said it was just low on Freon and put more in (I paid for the Freon as it isn’t covered). It worked for about a week and a half and went out again. Called the warranty company again and the sent them back out. It turns out they over filled the Freon and it blew my coil. They admitted fault and scheduled a time to come out and put a new weld on the coil. When the guy was done he tried to say I owed another 150$ for more Freon. That was followed up by a call from their office also stating I owed for the additional Freon. I said I’m not paying for more when it was your mistake in the first place. Today I had a different company come out to take a look also through the home warranty and they found that it was still over charged and never pressure released from the first go around. Which in turn also put som oil in my Freon line. The new tech releases the pressure but now I have to go back to the warranty company to find out how I can get this fully fixed.
Bottom line they try to nickel and dime you. I didn’t even probably need the Freon they tried to charge me for twice. And now have had to have someone available 3 times off work to meet service men.
Do not use this company.

I've never received worse service in my entire life. Had an appointment in March for an AC tune up. The technician was late and did not complete the tune up. They rescheduled for April 21st and never showed. Then they rescheduled for May 31st and called May 21st to say that it was scheduled for May 24th. I could not get prepared for service on such short notice and was told they were not open on May 31st. Wow, terrible service all around. Never use them!!

This company has been sent out by my horrible home warranty company three times since June of last year. The tech has always been nice but here again three months after his last visit my AC unit is out again. To top it off calling the emergency ONCALL is a joke they never call you back and to tell me I have to wait till Monday to get any work done is a joke. Whoever is the oncall should be accountable for all the calls that werent returned especially when the customer says that their house is in the 90s inside. I'll definitely be alot more picky on my next home warranty purchase. I'm sure that I'd their AC was out they would want the same speedy service especially living in AZ.

Our air conditioner went out on a very hot 99 degree day. They called us around 10am and said we would be seen between 1-4. At 1:40 they called to say we were next and within a half hour our technician, DJ showed up. He was polite, communicated clearly what the issue was and worked quickly to resolve the problem. My house was super hot and I could tell within minutes the house was getting cooler. Very impressed and will use them again if needed.

Are use this company through my home warranty. Even during the hottest time of the year when things are busy, they came out amazingly quickly within 24 hours. The service was quick efficient and John was very helpful. The problem was solved. I will be using them again if necessary

By far the best HVAC service I have ever had. Within 9 hours of my AC going out they sent a tech who was very professional and knew his stuff. My unit went out at 1030 pm and by 830 am it was back to normal. The tech Josh showed me the problem and what could of caused it, he was very knowledgeable and just an absolute professional. Great service all around thank you!

After several issues with our relatively new a/c, I called Arizona trade masters to sent a tech over. They sent over DJ and I could not have asked for a better Tech. He was thorough and explained every detail of what he was going to do.
In the end, the unit was repaired and it didn't cost a fortune to do it. .i was Impressed with his attention to detail and his communication skills I will always use these people to service my a/c

Worst experience ever! Home warranty company sent them out as my upstairs unit was blowing air. Text said it was the thermostat proceeded to go into the attic and the unit downstairs mysteriously stopped working at that point as well. Another tech had to come and help the first tech fix his mistake And thank goodness he might’ve actually know about air-conditioning units.....At least he was able to bypass the wireless responder in the unit as they were both now Not functioning by removing those components. So basically I spent money on wireless Thermostats that are no longer wireless capable and nobody other than me he seems to think this is a problem highly recommend calling another company..

Had someone come out thru my warrenty today for my ac being out. At first I was impressed because I setup thru my warrenty Thur. night and was told someone would be out Mon. Trademasters was able to come out today, Fri. and did. The person on the phone was nice. The person who came out seemed knowledgable. Said my lines needed to defrost, defrosted them and said in 2 hours my AC would be back to normal. 2 hours later and my AC is still not working and Trademasters is closed till Mon. Lets hope they come out and actually fix my AC. Will update if they do.
