AZ Trade Masters was very prompt in responding to my request for service.
The service technician that arrived, Juan, was extremely professional, courteous, and quick. I highly recommend this company!

It only took three tries to fix the air conditioning. The first technician insisted we cut back the cactus before installing the new part. But the new part was on the left side of the unit, and the cactus was on the right. Totally unnecessary, and delayed the installation of the part. It was only 100 degrees out.

Excellent, best-in-class service at an affordable price. They went above and beyond to help us out of a tough situation during the hottest day of the year. I can't say enough good things about this company!

The tech was informative of our system. Fixed our unit and was very thorough. He wore booties when I asked and did not rush his work.

Had a leak in an A/C unit. They were supposed to fix the leak and add refridgerant. -3 months later we have the same problem and they way over charged for the refrigerant. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

Though it took awhile to get my a/c repaired (a very busy time for air conditioning), the technician Brady was excellent and the office staff very helpful.
