My AC was giving me issues so I called my home warranty. I knew it was probably the evap coil but wanted to see if anything else was wrong. “Don” came out, looked at my AC and said the unit needed to be taken apart to access my evap coil. I thought that was kinda overboard but ok. I was quoted $1,000-$1,200 for the Work to have two guys come out and disassemble my AC unit to get to the coils. Again, thought that sounded a little extreme. I called another company for a second opinion and they came out ( for free might I add) and I was told the top comes off the AC unit and it will be the standard fee to clean the coils. I was charged $295 by the new company. I would advise you to go with another company, even if this company is the one that your home warranty sends out. I have attached both invoices from the separate companies.

Called Home Wrnty and they assigned AZTradeMasters. Arrived during time slot and had the pleasure of meeting Juan, Sr Tech.Juan conducted the Fall tune-up for the furnaces. He checked the thermostats. He discussed the inspection and we discussed proper settings. Will recommend for Spring A/C tune-up, hope it is Juan again.

How do I start. We have a home warranty that uses this company to do their service. We have had are air out for 12 days and stll no repair has been done. I have called the home warranty company 7 times, they say they have called this company to get us up and running and we are still down. Everytime we call the home warrant company will say we gave them approvel, then Trademasters say we do not have approvel. Then as i am on the phone the home warranty gives them approvel and we sit and wait to see if they will call us. (They do not so we call them) Thank god it has only been 106 the past 13 days. Hard to live in a house that is 90 plus

My A/C stopped working this Saturday and these guys were sent via One Guard. Jarvis was super professional even during these rough times. In this heat, he was a savior sent from the heavens lol.
apparently there were some issues with the contactor and i have my a/c back. Thanks for the awesome and professional service. I cant believe I can survive this heat now.

The biggest reason it wasn't 5 stars was because they are closed Saturdays and Sundays.
But once we got the call Monday morning the appointment was set for same day. Came by 130pm (SHOWED UP EARLY) and was done in about half an hour with cold air blowing.
And the technician also was ok with me asking him to wear PPE to help make the visit safer.
