Arizona Trade Masters

D J came out and did an inspection on our units they installed 7 years ago as they have every year and all checked out just fine. We are just making sure good to go before the heat reall hits.

This company came to inspect our AC but the technician was too lazy to check the unit located on the ground. His efforts in checking the duct work went as far as accessing the attic just to take a couple of pictures, the proceeded to advice to call another company to fix it.

Juan has provided excellent maintenance service over the past several years. He recently installed an air scrubber to help get rid of dust and germs in the house. It is too soon to say how it will work, but I trust Juan so took his suggestion to try the air scrubber.

HVAC went out at 5p on Fri night. Sent a request to American Home Shield. American Home Shield sent us Arizona Trade Masters on Sat at 8a with their contact info. Telephoned Arizona Trade Masters immediately and they said a tech would be out between 10a through 1p. Technician Josh knocked on our door at 10:15a. At 11:15 our HVAC was repaired and running. Would highly recommend.

I had Arizona Trademasters come out for a pre-season heating tune-up and had a great experience. They were on-time, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

Very poor communication!!! I specifically gave them a number to call for the service, and was very explicit to not call me as I'd be overseas: they woke me in the middle of the night to tell me they were "on their way"! We asked them to not show-up before 11AM (in Phoenix), as one of the A/C units they needed to inspect was in a rental that would be accessible after 11AM, they said they didn't need inside access, so we didn't tell the guest: they got to the site early and said they needed inside, and we couldn't get hold of the guest, so the work wasn't done, and they refused to reschedule without treating that unit as a new full-price work order.

These Guy's deliver what they promise,,,even called me and asked if they could reschedule for two days sooner then our original scheduled date.
So I say Thank You for the prompt service as the summer heat begins to roll in to the valley

AZ Trade Masters went above and beyond to help me get the A/C operating during a very hot summer. We had to deal with an incompetent Home Warranty company and AZ Trade Masters worked hard to help me get back to cooling the home. Thank you very much!

Arizona Trade Masters is a fantastic company. If you want reliable and thorough service for heating and air conditioning, call them. We were particularly pleased with our technician, Chase. This company goes above and beyond.

They were timely, very professional, honest and went out of their way to quickly track down a rare part, come back within hours to replace, same day. I would go back to them in a heartbeat! Don't go with the big advertisers! These guys were very impressive!
