They came out a week and a half ago. I had to wait 2 days for an appointment. I had suspicions of a Freon leak or dirty coils. The tech assured me he did not need to go in the attic and it was only low on Freon. Had to pay to put Freon in as it’s not covered by home warranty. Fast forward a week and a half and once again my unit is freezing up and I’m left with no ac for two more days with 4 young kids and 2 dogs until they can come out. They suggested I get a hotel or call home warranty to ask for another company to fix their lack of fulfilling their job. Their phones go to after hour messaging by 1:45 and the “emergency line” doesn’t give a call back as stated on the message. Extremely disappointed in their service.

Tech Juan Alvarez was.at my house on a wed to fix my air conditioner which i found out was 19 years old. Needless to say we needed a new one .He walked us through the steps and did the numbers , he gave us all the info we needed. Thursday morning techs Brady, Brian and Nick show up to install within less than 4 hours we have cool air !! GREAT JOB TO ALL !! Appreciate them getting everything done in 2 days ....Thanks AZ Trademasters !

I was scheduled with this company through my home warranty. They took forever to come out and then did not even check in the attic or upstairs. The "repair" did not last more than a few days and when I called in to get a second look the man who answered the phone and referred to himself as the boss was incredibly rude.

This company has been nothing but a hassle for me. The only good thing has been the prompt service. I had a zone control board replaced last year and ever since, I've had nothing but issues. Turning the heat on blew ice cold air and froze up the AC unit. Turning the AC on now blows 95+ degree air. Getting charged for another visit when obviously something wasn't installed or setup correctly the last few times they were called to my house.

I'm sorry to say but this company is not exceptional at all!! We have been without AC for a week. We have been talking to the warranty company and they said the part has been approved; Trade Masters said they're waiting on their approval. Someone is lying here. Trade Masters said they have no slots to come repair our AC even though they already have the part, till next Tuesday!!!!!!!! 2 weeks without AC That is brutal, our house is 96 - 100 degrees inside. Not a reliable company at all!!

Its now 10 days, and now 3rd service call to fix a heater, 1st one, found problem, waited till warranty company said ok, paid my cost, they fixed it it, 5 days later same problem, wow this time they said all freeon leaked out, hmm in 5 days after a complete recharge, then after he leaves today now the heater is very noisy, inside and outside the house and there is now annoying high pitched hum to it. call for 3rd time to have them back out, probably never get it fixed again correctly.

I made the mistake of going with this company and not doing any research to clear a clogged drain line because my home warranty service said they could come out for same-day repairs and I was desperate to get the work done. When I initially spoke with them on the phone, they neglected to tell me about the full price to clear the line, which didn't include the travel fee. It was only until the technician arrived that I was made aware of this and he told me I could refuse service, but apparently I would still have to pay the fee anyway.
On top of all this, the drain line started leaking AGAIN after he had supposedly cleared it. Turns out the drain line wasn't even the issue, but instead was a clog in the hose that feeds into the sink drain. I ended up clearing this myself and, lo and behold, the leaking had stopped. Any skilled technician would've checked this beforehand and not charge me for an issue that didn't exist in the first place. I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague unless you want to go with a shady company that overcharges for repairs that aren't even needed.

Our air conditioner went out at 5 p.m Tuesday. First thing the next day this company contacted me and came out and fixed our . Very happy with this company professional courteous knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anybody and I will definitely be asking for them again.

We had two large A/C units installed by Arizona Trademasters. The technicians were very knowledgeable, hard working, courteous, and friendly. The ensured all our questions were answered. They picked all of the debris up from the yard and roof. They were on time and coordinated perfectly with the crane operator. Before I purchased the units, I price checked their quote. They were very competitive. I highly recommend Arizona Trademasters.
