Arizona Trade Masters

ATM Trademasters team are outstanding. They were very courteous, professional, and personable. Leonard and Juan were very helpful with answering all our questions as first timers having to replace an entire unit in the AZ heat (record temperatures during a pandemic). They were very quick and responsive with getting our unit replaced in under two days. Ensuring our family stays nice and cool during a difficult time. Their prices and services (warranty) are very reasonable. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

If I could rate zero I would. My home warranty company sent them out after the first company they sent out had a personal emergency and couldn't do the repair. I explained to them when they called to make the appointment that a company had come out to diagnose but not done any repairs. They said they'd make their own diagnosis and promised they would not do what the first company did to me.
Instead they were worse. Scheduled for service window between 10 and 1. When I called at 1 and they did not show up...they said the tech should have called. They checked and the tech still wouldn't be here until 2.
When the tech arrived and we discussed the problem. He said they couldn't do anything because another company had already done repairs. I told him.. no repairs had not been done..just a diagnosis. He called his company again and no response. I called and got the same run around on the phone. The lady kept saying it is their company policy not to touch a unit that had already been serviced. I told her that was bull****. They won't ever service a unit that has ever been touched by another company. She said it was due to the home warranty. The home warranty company is the one that changed the service provider and had them come out!!
I have to admit I wasn't very nice. But they were not up front and honest to me when I made the appointment..and now I am being punished for being honest with them. Her reasoning...we have new and temp employees during the summer. Then I hung up.
This is like me saying, I can't give you any medical treatment advice or treatment because another Dr. already touched your pet. Ridiculous.
This is Arizona in the middle of Summer. Out of network to an AC company I have always used in the past. I can guarantee that they will service and fix my problem within the week. Within 24 hours if they area able to.

First time working with them through home warranty. They were able to get out very quickly with the temp being over 100° outside. The technician diagnosed the unit right away with replacement parts on hand. The AC was back up and running in less than an hour. EXTREMELY grateful for them today!

Great service! Having your air conditioning go out in the middle of summer is never fun. Luckily Arizona Trade Master was able to come out very quickly and resolve the problem right away!

I had my fall HVAC tuneup service done today and what an awesome experience. To set up the appointment was very easy and the gentleman was so nice. The tech DJ showed up today on time to check out the unit and what a nice polite gentleman. He also told me about the Maintenace Agreement which will be great to have. Thank you Arizona Trademaster for always being there for me and thanks DJ for checking out the unit on my roof on a cold windy day.

DJ came out from Arizona Trademasters today after my blower motor just broke for the HVAC on my newly purchased home. He was super personable and went the extra mile to work with my home warranty company for a same day approval on my repair! He also double checked my blower components and found a capacitor was not correct for my unit. He took care of everything, and we were back up and running within a few short hours. Thanks DJ!

Incredible service and professional expertise to repair my Carrier AC. After initially using Tropical AC repair to address the issue to no success nor even being able to figure out what was wrong with it?! AZ Trademasters was able to quickly identify the issue and have it repaired quickly. Highly recommend.

I have used this company for my personal home and rentals for more than 12 years. Again today they saved us. Replaced our unit same day. Amazing. The most professional, honest and reliable service. Caring and thoughtful technicians. I would never trust anyone else. Thank you!

I have used AZ Trade Masters since 2008. They have always been efficiant, on-time, and courteous. Have used their weekend on-call service and never been disappointed. Juan Alvarez is currently my AC Maintenance Tech and he is excellent. The entire staff has been great.

Arizona Trade Masters did my AC season tuneup this year for my warranty company. Of all the tuneups I've had done over the years, this is the first time it's been done by Arizona Trade Masters and by far the best one. I don't have the name of the tech, but he was amazing and was very helpful. I am very happy with the tech and wish I could give him recognition.
