We were suggested Arizona Trade Masters from our home warranty company. They have not disappointed. Leonard, the owner, really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they are taken care of. It's nice to work with a small business with that kind of ownership. Jarvis, the tech that needed to come to our house 3 times in a month, was also very good and friendly. Overall, the experience with ATM far surpassed the experience with 2 other AC companies we had worked with prior.

I had a negative experience with Arizona Trade Masters. My AC broke down so I have them scheduled through my Home Warranty. I called them to schedule and the lady who picked up was no where near to polite. Next them they came to check the AC and after around 1hr diagnosis told that the TXV valve need to be replaced and the Freon need to be recharged which is around 3-4 pound. He diagnosed that due to bad valve Freon is not flowing is its icing near the outside fan. So I called them again after my home warranty approved the TXV replacement cost. I was tolled that it takes 2 hr time so they can only come after 4-5 days which is 14th. Also I have to pay for Freon recharge which is $585 for 9 pound. $65 per pound after $10 discount from HW. Even though I felt it was higher than market standard I agreed to pay.
On 14th one person came to fix and he was way too rude. Did not answer properly to our questions of what he is trying to fix. After around 1.5-2 hr he told that the AC is fixed but he dont know about the Thermostat so refused to check the AC vent whether it is blowing cold air. He was really eager to go and was annoyed why I asked him to give me receipt about the Freon recharge. So he told me its not written so its free and if i want he will charge me. He cant give me any receipt for Freon.
Anyway i hoped that the AC is fixed and I waited for next 3 hr but still no cold air was coming. It was same as how it was before. So i opened the ticket and called them again. This time another lady picked up and she was nice to schedule another visit in the afternoon. One person came and he checked for 1 hr and told me could not find what is happening since still there was icing near the outside fan. After few mins he wanted to check the AC filter and told the filter is blocking the air and that is causing all the problem. So he changed the filter and checked the vent and it worked. Basically this should have been checked on the 1st day and it would have solved the problem. Because changing the TXV valve and recharging the Freon did not have any effect on the condition of the AC output. It was all because the Filter. So I was charged $585 for the Freon and my Home Warranty was charged for TXV and labor just for nothing.
3 service person from ATM came to repair and out of them 2 did not detect the actual problem so i feel 66.66% of their service persons are not good and they will high charge you for something which is not needed.

Had technician DJ come out to Surprise for a repair on one of my ac units that went down. Requested on a Sunday night and he was able to come the next day. DJ was early, diagnosed & repaired the unit flawlessly. He explained the issues that had occurred and was very knowledgeable & professional. I’m a customer for life.

It's very clear that by reading reviews, and my own experience that they treat a person using their home warranty like trash compared to people who call them directly. My fan for my AC wasn't turning on and it was already 85 degrees, early in the afternoon in my house, so I put in a service request with my property management company and after they sent it to them, I was unfortunate enough to be placed with Arizona Trade Masters, this was on 6/29/21. After calling they told me the soonest they could get out was today (7/9/21). Obviously this wasn't going to work so I called the management company back and they sent out a company the next day. This company was great figured out the problem, changed the thermostat which was a temp fix until the repair/ replacement could happen. The owner of my place didn't want to go with with property management's company because she wanted to use the home warranty company. Understandable. Twice this week the ac stops working, so I was happy that I kept my appointment with ATM, until Javis showed up. I wasn't able to be home so I had my partner explain what happened and read him the other companies write up so they'd have more information. Big mistake, he starts telling her since someone came out already that company needs to do with work through the home warranty. Had he explain that he IS the company from the home warranty and we need his diagnostics so the HW company will proceed with the repairs, because the other company was from the property management company not home warranty. I heard her clearly state this time him. He still tries to say there is nothing he can do, but I told my partner to not let him leave without checking it. After "calling his supervisor" he finally goes on the roof. After a very short time he showed back up at the door and hands my girlfriend a write up that only says "Informed customer that the company who diagnosed issue should do repairs through home warranty company " and leaves. Clearly didn't listen to a word my partner said. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague, there are many better options in our hot city. Also if you get stuck with them from your home warranty, beg that you get a different company.

I get nervous when I have to rely on my Home Warranty company to repair my A/C - but in this case, it was wonderful! The office kept in close communication with me (which is much appreciated). The tech arrived and got right down to business. He was patient with all my questions, and was able to come a day earlier than anticipated! My house was 88 degrees yesterday, and now it's a luxurious 76! THANK YOU so much!

Came to fix our AC and broke our thermostat(tech told the wife and I he fried it accidentally when touching/crossing the wrong wires) then tried to charge us over $200 to replace it. I have proof that it was working until they came but the owner just yelled at me in my own yard so I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. Beware.

AZ Trade Masters came out when we placed a ticket with our warranty company. Jarvis was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped fix the problem with our thermostats (they had been set up incorrectly and weren't allowing the heat to work properly). He was on time and courteous and was very thorough in making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Would recommend.

Not a good company to work with. The technician came out to check my ac not cooling through my home warranty but could not solve my issue at all. Was only making excuses not to even check the units properly. Overall still charged me the fees. This is not right.

Excellent company, also excellent technician Juan. Very friendly, & courteous. We’ve had snakes in our yard & garage, we talk about them each time he’s here. we had a new air conditioning unit installed a few years ago. Juan comes out twice a year to make sure everything is working properly.. We would definitely recommend ATM to anyone looking for a dependable & reliable air condition & heating company

We have been using Arizona Trade Masters for the past 9 years. They are honest, professional, respectful and kind. When we first met them we had a home owners warranty. The first two people that came out to the house said there was an unrepairable problem that would require fabrication and rebuilding of the unit in the attic. We requested a third repair company and Arizona Trade Masters came out, replaced the part for $600 and were quick and kind! So we went from unrepairable and ridiculously expensive to a cool house in July. Thank you for being a part of our family for 9 years!
