So glad I bought the warranty program. The maintenance technician (Mo) was just out checking my system and did an outstanding job checking everything. He answered my questions & gave me pointers. Everything looked great and I’m good until my next checkup. This service gives me great peace of mind, which I value very highly. I feel confident my AC system will keep my home comfortable for the Summer & beyond. Thank you Chas Roberts!!

We had an issue today with our ac units and Chas Roberts engineers came for fixing it. The engineers Alejandro and Alex were fixing it quickly and they are very polite. Alejandro has a good technical knowledge and after servicing he shared some basic information about the air conditioning which was great. 5 stars for their service.

Mike is the best. Checked unit and had the system back up and running within minutes. Turns out was just a silly little run capacitor at the blower in the air handler. In and out within an hour after checking to make sure everything was running properly again. Thanks, Mike

Jordan was our service tech. In addition to taking care of the service call quickly, he also offered advice on how to save on energy costs, and showed me other features on how my A/C system worked, which was really appreciated. Dave and Pam Frost: Alejandro was our technician.He found a pinhole leak that had not been previously detected. He told us about it immediately and went to work repairing the leak. He also found a capacitor that was beginning to fail. He explained how our system works and that failure of the capacitor could result in the need to replace the compressor. He then replaced the capacitor and completed the maintenance.

Alejandro did an outstanding job and likely saved us a great deal of money. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great information regarding the maintenance o of our system. Outstanding service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Chas Roberts. When I first called Chas Roberts, customer service told me labor warranty is expired, only parts are covered. I accepted that. But when tech came to site, denied warranty service. I had to call back customer service. Then both Chas Roberts customer service and I agreed that I pay service while parts still under warranty.

When eventually tech come to site, The tech quoted me price and asked to send to me auhtorization form for me to aithorize. I agreed. Yet, Instead of sending me authorizing form, the dispatch called and demanded full payment before comencing the work. What does that mean? Are they confident about their diagnosis? Were they worrying about that once they performed the work the AC may still not be running?

When you hire an AC contractor, you want them to resolve the problem for the AC to run again, isn't it? Who is going to pay for the full service fee before the AC back running again? Such dispatcher is not qualified for the position abuse the power that he holds.

HVAC serviceman from Chas Roberts came to check my a/c units. Did a great job, was very professional and kept me informed on the progress. I have been with this company since April, 2002 when we built the house.

In general, I like having the combined service maintenance for both heating and A/C. The scheduling staff are prompt, polite and accommodating. Our Technician today, Alaina, arrived early. Told me exactly what she was going to do. Then gave me a thorough overview of the cooling systems performance and near term needs. She was very professional. You could see she was genuinely interested in the job.
I hope we have her back in the fall.

Raymond came to our house this morning to perform a warranty check on the heating & air conditioning system. He was very professional in his work and very friendly in his manner. He found a broken duct support and replaced it. He checked every room with a temperature probe to ensure we had temperatures within 2 degrees of the thermostat setting in every room. He checked the differential between the vent output and return inputs and made sure they met spec. Overall he did a wonderful job and would be welcome in our home again should the need arise. Thanks for sending such a knowledgeable and friendly technician. Highly recommended!

Today's experience with Jenna was great! She was following up on service that was done on a new system a couple days ago and came prepared. She checked that everything done was still working properly, that there were no leaks and then cleaned coils before finishing up. We're ready for summer!
