Chas Roberts is a trustworthy, punctual and knowledge company. I am glad they have our business. Our service tech, Fernando, was very polite, thorough and a took the time to explain everything.

I had a new board installed and had to call for someone to come out the next day because the heater was going through the wrong zones. ALEJANDRO came in educated me on everything including how the blower works, the dampers, and even filter suggestions including what MERV rating that will benefit me. He resolved the issue super quick and was very knowledgeable. My new board is working flawlessless with all 3 zones heating correctly. This man needs a raise!

My initial contact with the company was during my new home orientation. The technician was delayed due to an accident on the highway. I was notified and given updates to when he would arrive. When he arrived he was apologetic, then got into the orientation and inspection. I appreciate his professionalism, way of explaining the AC system and him reporting another unrelated issue he found during the inspection. Overall it has been a good experience.

Had Chas Robert’s out for a warranty call unrelated to the main issue, while they were out I mentioned our heater wasn’t working. The tech happily got up in the attic and identified the problem without making me schedule a separate service call. chas Roberts had the part ordered, received, and someone out to install it in less than a week. I am very happy with their service and handling of our warranty items.

Buyer beware; I would stay far away from this company.

They will sell you a "5-year extended warranty," only to tell you later that the warranty only applies from the date you closed escrow. We purchased the "5-year extended warranty" two years after we bought our house based on the recommendation of the technician who came out to our house for an unrelated repair. At 3 years and 5 months after we purchased the warranty, we were told the "5-year extended warranty" had expired and they would not honor it.

This company's business practices are so unscrupulous that I would advise anyone looking to use them to go elsewhere.

Chas Roberts you have a great employee. You're lucky to have someone on your team like that! Marc made sure all our questions were answered. I just loved his customer service. Alejandro came to look at our unit which was making a horrible noise anytime we turned on the heater. He was very respectful, thorough, and took the time to answer our questions as well as teach us more about the system. Everything appears to work great now and we learned something new today!

Alejandro Lisboa is a great and educated technician who stopped by to help with my microwave duct. Upon finishing his work, I started to pick his brain about service contracts and how AC and Heat work with our currently installed system. He educated me on my current system and so I went down the rabbit hole of asking about air filter and was also educated on that. Alejandro is a the man with plenty of knowledge and experience. He is my go to. I appreciate you sir for coming and doing something so simple and providing more info than was needed. This man is the true definition of a HVAC technician! Give this man a raise.

Had a Technician come out to my parents house and they were very professional and knowledgeable. They also didn't try to pressure my parents into buying a bunch of unnecessary stuff. My dad has bad allergies so we did get an Air Scrubber installed and it's made a huge difference. It was great to have someone who was able to come out the very next day that we called to get them up and running again.

Our neighbors had another company out to their house before we had Chas Robert's come out, and the neighbors said they had a horrible experience. The other company wanted to charge $600 to replace two fuses. The Chas Technician went over and changed the fuses for just over $250 bucks. I recommend Chas Robert's to all my friends and family.

Fernando was so good! Professional and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and was able to answer all my questions and fix my problem preventing future damage.
