We have used this company every year when our antiquated AC unit would go out while struggling to keep up in our 100+ degree weather. They have always been kind, professional, and helpful. They respond quickly and have always helped us at the best possible deal. This year, our unit actually broke down. It occurred towards the end of the Friday workday at 3pm. An employee was at our house within 2 hrs to assist us in diagnosing the problem. They also took time to explain every available replacement option and the pros/cons between them. They have even scheduled us to replace the unit as quickly as Monday. We are very impressed with this company and will continue using it whenever we need them.

I cannot say enough about this company. We had them install a soft water system and a reverse osmosis system in our home. Since then we have had them out to replace filters and do a basic warranty call. Immaculate service. They deliver great quality, great responsiveness, and THE BEST customer service. Highly recommend this company!!! True professionals.

I have never reviewed any business and probably won't going forward, but I had to make an exception for American Home Water and Air - I have never experienced such good customer service from any industry, anytime, anywhere. They are responsive, professional, compassionate, and transparent. It was truly amazing to me how above-and-beyond they went to make sure they did everything they could to repair my AC unit in the fastest, cheapest, and most effective way possible. I have shared my customer experience story with anyone who will listen, it was that good.

I purchased my water softener from them 8 years ago. They came and serviced it at no charge because I had a 10 year warranty. Great service by Gerardo. They had to change my original appointment but that was understandable. I will purchase from them again!

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Leo, who took care of our air conditioning system repair. He was super helpful and thorough throughout the inspection and maintenance process, and he didn't hit us with any unexpected charges. Since we just moved in, it was great to hear his insights on our system, too. You can tell Leo really enjoys his work—helping us be as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend him.

American home water comes out once a year to replace our filters on our reverse osmosis system and check our water softener. They do a great job and even replaced, at no charge, our water softener tub when it cracked open a few years ago. They have a great 10 year warranty on everything. Nice!

Returned back from vacation later in the evening to find our water heater was leaking. Called the emergency number and the gentleman told me what to do until they could get to my house the next day. Prior to coming they informed me that it was still under warranty and informed me what the install charge would be. The techs were on time, polite and extremely professional. Explained everything to me and gave me advice on how to keep my water heater in good condition. I definitely recommend this company!

My unit is almost 15 years old! Thanks to American, Home Water & Air, my unit still works and run smoothly. Two years ago before they serviced it, the unit stopped cooling, and needed a part. I was referred to them and they fixed it. Since this HVAC unit is older, I chose to join their program that services it every six months. It’s been smooth sailing ever since. The technicians have been kind and helpful. I definitely recommend American Home Water & Air.

We have a leak in our RO System. American Home Water & Air has sent out 3 technicians to our home and the leak is still not repaired. We have been told 1. It is not leaking (we sent videos, took pictures and they have been here) and 2. If it happens again to call and they will take care of it.
Technician number 4 is on the way and we were told if it is a "new" problem we will be charged for this visit. It is not a new problem it is the same problem that they cannot fix. We are very frustrated. They have asked us which part is leaking, we have no idea, that's why we called a professional! Disappointed with the service and lack of urgency. Our cabinet is becoming more and more water damaged because of this issue, yet it does not qualify as emergency service. Hoping this company will rectify this mess.

Had a water softener and filter installed by Fidel. Everything was great and the process was smooth and easy. They are also able to get in right away to have it installed. A+ service!
