American Home Water & Air

We have a water system through American Home &Water. Last year, I can't tell you how many plumbers we went through to fix our water system along with the expense. All we had to do was call American Home & Water. They were out here the next morning and installed a new system. This year they sent out a reminder email that our filters needed to be changed. I answered their email late last night and by 12:30 pm the next day.. today) we had new filters. The gentleman that replaced our system last year was the one that replaced our filters this year. He is awesome! His name is Gerardo Gomez.Thank you for making it so relaxing and easy to work with. Not to mention.. they are reasonably priced and don't nickel and dime you.

Called today (4th of July) and my inlaws A/C unit had stopped working. They sent out their technician Trey who came with in a couple hours and figured out what was wrong. He was very professional and got the issues fixed quickly. He also checked to make sure there were no other issues. Would definitely use them in the future.

Sam did my soft water and RO installations at my house today. He was not only on time but also gave me a heads up that he was on his way. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of both products. He took time to explain everything to me in detail so that I didn’t have any questions when he left. I would highly recommend AHWA to anyone they were great.

I had a new Water Filter Tank & Filters put in my home this morning. Their Technician Gerardo Gomez was on time, professional and friendly. He changed out the Tank in a timely manner. Gerardo cleaned everything up, he was very polite and gave me excellent directions for following up the installation with draining the tank twice in two hours! Kudos to Geraldo, he is a great asset to your company🤩‼️

American Home Water and Air has always done a great job for us! Very responsive and friendly. Our tech this time, Leo, was very helpful in providing us with useful information and answering all of our questions. Their services are a great price and they never try to sell us anything we don’t need. We will continue to use them for our plumbing and air needs!

My only compliment was that they had some unscheduled training that had them move my ac maintenance back 5 hours. Although this was an inconvenience, Leo was amazing. If you live in the Goodyear area, you may be aware of Chas Roberta’ hack jobs the ac units have received during building. Leo was very knowledgeable on the limitations and defects in the unit and was able to take great care of us. I strongly recommend Leo and American home and water.

I just had a water softener installed. Kim was friendly, helpful & efficient over the phone. Timely response by Jorge who installed unit. He was thorough explaining the system as well as friendly & efficient. I had an r/o system installed by them a few years ago with the same results.

This company was called out to provide salt for a water softener. The technician noted that the hot water tank needed replaced based on his inspection. The new hot water tank didnt work, they were called back out to remedy the situation. The technician worked on the tank and left and the hot water tank still doesn’t work. I am out of state and the photo used for this review was all I was sent.
