Donley Service Center

Within four hours of contacting them, a plumber was sent to my house to give me a quote for a new water heater It was recommended it be replaced by another company due to being plugged with sediment. Technician offered a different option so it could be drained since it was working and the tank not leaking. The cost was 5x less than a new water heater. Repair and draining of water heater was completed and it is good to go. They were the only company who even offered this solution when getting quotes and no attempt to sell me more, which I really appreciate. I will definitely call them again if I need something.

I worked for Donley Service Center, in the early 1990s. I started as Customer Service. It was a great place to work. They did appliance repair, not plumbing back then. The techs, were good, they usually stayed along time. Jim Donley started the company, his son Mike was in charge of techs, service then. I still have them service our house. Mike has the company now. Honest, great people, and service. Brice (tech), has been out past two yrs, he's been with company.

The company is not always reliable in terms of showing up when promised, but Glenn's service today was exceptional. He took the time to consider several problems we have been experiencing and give us good feedback and potential solutions, he performed routine maintenance, and made a repair we needed. Very professional.

Excellent and prompt service by experienced, knowledgeable, and kind service team! Mike King was our tech and he is meticulous, thorough, and provided extremely professional work. We are so happy with the results and having a much cooler home this summer!

The plumbing job we had the Donley technician perform ended up being a lot more work and took more time than planned. Additionally, the technician noticed and made the time to perform another small repair without being asked. Very satisfied with Donleys service and professionalism. Would recommend them for any plumbing and HVAC job.

Called Donley for a Plumbing issue and they did fantastic work! Big relief because of my last experience with another plumbing company (Brett & Sons Plumbing) was terrible . Had a clog in our main drain and they were able to figure out the problem fast and price was not bad considering how far up the line he needed to go to unclog. Definitely would recommend :)

Water softner system service. I reached out to Donley for service since my installer disappeared in thin air. This guy shows up, professional, really understand the mechanics and the system process. I fully understand my system like the back of my hand. I acted silly with the dumb questions, just to define what hes got. He ACE it all. Great work Matt S.

Tanner is the tech that, several months ago, finally fixed our unit that for years had recurring issues while under warranty. Tanner was our tech again today for regular maintenance. He is friendly, good natured, and patient with our dogs- and efficient in his work.

When your A/C stops working in the AZ summer, it's not good. Donley came out quickly and fixed it the same day. Bryce, the technician, was prompt, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
