    Don't let these people service your AC unit!! They do not have your best interest at heart. They told me my unit was out of warranty and that I had a leak. Both not true! All I needed was a recharge. They tried to convince me that I would need a new unit (mine is only 7 years old and surprise, it is still under warranty). Additionally, there is no leak. I had another company look at the unit and they were the ones who gave me the warranty information. The other company also came back weeks later to verify there was no leak in the coil system. Donley has lost my business and I'm telling all my friends and family what horrible service I got with their company. If I had listened to Donley, I would have been out $6 or $7K spent on a new unit when it's simply not time for that.

    Just had our late spring A/C maintenance and the Donley service rep was totally professional and efficient. We've been with Donley since 2010 and they are a company that is well managed which shows up in their employees and how they take care of customers. I have and will continue to recommend Donley to our friends.

    DSC came out this Sunday and repaired our main unit. They did so even with a full day of repairs in line ahead of us. Danny our tech was very knowledgeable and friendly, he worked efficiently and with purpose. The price of the repair was fair, and we signed up for their ongoing maintenance contract for all of our units for three year. We know Jim and Mike and their family well, and it's good to be working with DSC again. Thanks again Danny, outstanding service and professionalism.

    Ryan was here today for our annual HVAC service. Punctual, courteous, professional. Found a couple of issues on one of the outdoor condenser units which I decided to have repaired. Very accommodating including going off to get one of the parts needed and coming back to get it all done the same day. Very happy with him and with the company.

    I called Donley to come take a look at my AC unit when my wife and I first moved into our new home back in May 2013. I know that we had two old units and thought the tech would try to hard sell me on getting new units, but they never did. He informed me that the units were really old and not as efficient as newer models but no need to replace the units at that time.

    I was shocked at the customer service I received from Jose. Jose serviced the units and added some freon. Before the tech left, he took the time to inform me of the best way to set the thermostat to be the most cost effective and what would put less wear and tear on the units. Jose told me that he had been working for Donley for over 18 years, and it was comforting to know that the company had a seasoned tech come to my house. I would highly recommend using their services.     Our air went out on one unit yesterday and we called for service...Donley was here this morning! Our systems are about 15 yrs old and we know that they're "short timers". Our experience four years ago with a competitor was that not only did they take the system apart and walk away for days, they told us we needed a new system. Donley came out and put it back together and had it running for a few hundred dollars...and it's been running since! The tech did tell us that the systems were older and not as energy efficient as new models, and quoted us a price that was nearly half of the previous one for replacement. Glenn Martin was our tech today and not only did he fix the problem in no time, he checked both entire systems and recommended lower cost alternatives to replacement. We won't ever use anyone else - everyone we've worked with at Donley have been exceptional!

    Donley Service Center took great care of us when our AC went out last week. The tech Matt P is very professional friendly and knowledgeable. He went above & beyond to get the parts on Saturday. Hopefully we wonโ€™t need you until the fall check up.

    we were referred to Donley by our "doggie friends" JP & Merry.... We were needing a plumber and A/C repairman for both our rental and our personal house.. We were ecstatic to finally find folks that were friendly, responded immediately, seemed to know what they were doing and didn't feel like we were being ripped off! (Did I cover everything you want in a repair service???) At any rate, we've never been disappointed with Donley repairmen!
