I had my water heater finally go out after 5 years of being in the house (The water heater was 14 years old so I was not that upset about it). I received Donley as a recommendation and submitted a form on Sunday via their website, received a call from Simone about an hour or two later to get additional information on the water heater I had, the space we would be installing it, schedule my appointment and received email confirmation of the appointment all at the same time. The next morning I received a call and a follow-up text from my assigned technician, Travis M. We were able to confirm my replacement heater and he arrived during the designated time I was originally provided and removed and hooked up my new heater with ease. I have had some service work done in my short time in AZ but this was by far the best customer service I have received from beginning to end. Travis walked me through everything he was doing, answered all of my random questions and we just shared stories while he worked. I would recommend this company for sure and if you happen to live in Pinal County, I would recommend Travis any day of the week. Thank you again for the quick turnaround and amazing service.

Just moved into the house and they're was only hot and scalding hot water in the Master Bathroom. After patiently listening to my explanation of what was occuring and what I had tried, Landy was able to quickly identify the issue and replace the faulty part. He also explained the issue and how the recirculation system works.

My family has been using Donley for thirty plus years seems they have gone down hill lately. I called them because A/C wasn't cooling needed some R22 didn't even have any on the truck. A few months earlier I need a Capacitor bill was 350 dollars for a 20 Capacitor that I purchased on Amazon. I know the company needs to make a profit but I think I will try someone else.

Wish I wasn't in such a hurry and had read the reviews. The guy was here for about 25 minutes and Replace eight $50 part. Cost me 400 bucks. I will use Angie's list next time. The only reason I gave them Received two stars was because the technician was super nice

Brian was very knowledgeable and corrected the leak quickly. He cleaned up the area and was extremely respectful of my property.
