Donley Service Center

We have had Enes at our home a number of times and he has done a very good job. Donley has been our AC supplier since we came to the valley 18 years ago. Their prices are not the lowest in the valley, but their service is very good, their technicians knowledgeable and reliable. The only reason I do not give them 5 stars is because of the pricing, especially plumbing. All said I will continue to use them for all my AC needs and I have recommended them to neighbors and friends

Here is my honest review. Tony the technician came to my condo to inspect my AC which seemed to not be blowing cold enough. My AC ended up working just fine, just the heat and humidity was not allowing it to preform to a high standard. It was mentioned that my coils were dirty and without asking me if i'd like the service of them being clean, let alone being told it would be an additional charge, the coil within the unit of the split system was cleaned (4/5 minute thing spray some solution with water). The "coil cleaning" ended up being $170+ additional charge. If I would have been told the price I would have done the service myself. Tony was a great guy and answered the few questions I had, so I don't want to take away from that. Overall if you use this company just be prepared for a large charge or ask repeatedly if this is a charge. I know small businesses are hurting right now, but not being transparent with prices before tasks are done can put customers into a pinch.

Dont ever use these people for an inspection. I paid almost $100 during the home buying process to check everything since the home is older. The technician did NOTHING more than write an estimate based off the home inspectors work. When I started my kitchen remodel we discovered issues he would've found had he actually looked in one cabinet. It cost me a lot of money to get the situation corrected. When I spoke with their upper management he basically told me to screw off & have my attorney contact their attorney. They are insanely unprofessional.

Brian gave us an estimate. We have not yet decided if we will use Donley for our plumbing work. Brian was great! He was very informative, courteous, professional and offered a variety of options for the work we need. Just need to find out how Donley compares in price to other highly-rated plumbing services near us.

Shouldn't make mistakes like the ones they have when you are paying what they charge.

Donley just came out and handled our plumbing issue. Extremely reasonable rate. No up charge for weekend or it being summer. Job was done correctly and quickly.

Incredible overall experience . I had a 16-year old unit replaced. They had to replace interior and exterior unit and it could not have gone better.

They were clean, respectful and courteous. The work took all day and we left them unsupervised. When we returned, the house was clean, the AC working and no evidence that they were even there! It was not an easy job and it took almost 8-hours. Pedro went out of his way to ensure a well-done project and my wife and I were impressed beyond anything we hoped for. If i had more words that could describe my satisfaction i would use them all.

We have never had better service at our home. I would recommend them to anyone and all my Family!

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, thorough, and reasonably priced. They don't try to "sell" you on things that really aren't necessary like I have seen with other companies. From the appointment setter to the plumber/ac repairman...they are fantastic!

Donley has been servicing our AC’s for many years. After our semiannual checkup, a wine cooling unit stopped working. They came over the weekend to discover it needed a new part. The store didn’t open for several days. Donley had the store open at 9pm on a Saturday to get the part. Tony, the service technician, spent many hours in the middle of the night fixing the AC. They didn’t charge us anything.
There is simply no better AC service company in Phoenix. There isn’t a better service company of any type in Phoenix. I couldn’t recommend a company more than Donley.

I had an outstanding experience with Donley. We had both of our water heaters corrode and leak within 4 months of each other. We had inherited these water heaters from previous owners. We called Donley both times and they replaced both heaters at no charge because they were still under warranty. In fact, with the second heater the manufacturer resisted honoring the warranty, but Donley pushed back on our behalf and then further absorbed some of the labor costs because they thought the warranty had to be honored in full! Throughout all this, they maintained outstanding communication with me and the restoration company for installation. I could not be happier with the experience. Special thanks to Anthony.
