    Donley Service Center's representative Christopher Kelly was superb, clean, professional and quick. Very personable and knowledgeable young man who is a true asset to Donley Service Center.
    Christopher is welcome to service my plumbing needs at anytime. I highly recommend Donley Service Center to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their reputation follows them for 38 years with honesty and they truly are honest as experienced by me through Christopher. I also want to thank Barbara Burns for the referral.

    Donely Plumbing, came out yesterday and had the audacity to quote me $14K to repair a broken water main or $20K to replace it! While I was in the midst of a full fledged panic attack, my sister researched and found that it shouldn’t be more than 5K. I got a callback from the 2nd pro that I’d left a message for, Everhart Plumbing, and he quoted me $3500 for pipe replacement, plus he changed the head on the outside spigot and added a back-flow valve that was missing for free! I’m so impressed with his work and honesty that I’ve hired him to install a water filtration system and to replace my kitchen faucet. Really, Donley, $20,000? Price gouging at its best!

    Absolute fabulous experience with their A/C tech Juan. Donley was the FIFTH a/c company to take a look at my system, and none of the previous companies could figure it out. The fourth guy to come specifically recommended Juan at Donley Service center. Juan was courteous, professional, and above all, thorough.     I've been a customer of Donley Service Center for over 20 years and will remain with them. Their service is professional, timely, excellent and courteous. Enis S. has been my "Service Pro" several times and is really great. He's very nice, soft spoken, very good at his job and always explains to me what he did and for what reason. If I am interested in obtaining another type of service from Donley, all I have to do is ask Enis and it's done. He sets up the appointment for me and I know everything will go very professionally. LOVE Donley Services and all their people are great. Even when I give Donley a call for service, Jackie answers the phone and is just SO helpful and nice.     Donley Air is the best!! Steve was here in 25 min. On a Saturday, Holiday weekend and no appointment. He was very professional, polite, and on the roof in no time. After inspection he explained what was wrong. Steve gave me an affordable price that I could manage. This was quite a bit lower than previous other two offers and came with a year warranty😁 I gave them 5 Stars because 1. Steve "listened to my problem", 2. Steve was concerned for my health because of the extreme heat outside. 3. Had someone here in less than 20 minutes. 4. Knowlegable of the problem and had the repair part with him. 5. AFFORDABLE😁 And Friendly!!! That's a formula of excellence for Donley plumbing and Air⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

    Walt and his Donely team removed and replaced the interior sewer main line in our home. The entire team was on time, friendly, professional, completed the job on time and did top quality work.     I wish i would have purchased my AC unit through Donley. Donley was recommended to me by our moblie home park manager. I love Donley now because their technician and manager and secretary have provided me with incredible customer service and support and I am not even their customer. Lol.... Before I knew donley even existed, last week, i purchased a new AC unit through a different company and i have regretted it. I only had the ac unit a week and my living room was over 100 degrees and my original company said it was not thier units fault but the insulation in my home was the problem and they could not help me. But that was not accurate. So I contacted Donley and Donley could see that I was having a hard time with my original company, so Donley stepped up to help me to know what I should do in my circumstance because my original company was denying me the help I needed even though it was over 100 degrees in my home this week and my AC unit didn't have proper refridgerant. Thank God Donley backed me up. It motivated my company to actually take responsibility of the problem and care of thier own customer.... finally after this week of 100 degree weather in my living room finally my original company filled the refrigerant in their unit. I don't like my original company.......... I should have chosen Donley. :) I definitely recommend Donley because they are true experts...it took Donly technician only 10 minutes to find the problem on the unit. It took my original company over a week to find the same exact issue and attacking my homes insulation when it was really just their AC unit problem with the low refrigerant. Donley technician knew it was a refrigerant problem right away which proves theyare the better company... I wish I would have chose them first. Donleys level of expertise and experience makes them quality....and yes super customer service....and Donely is not even my company. Wish they were. Well for next time at least.     We have used Donley for many years and have total confidence in the company. This week Matt, the technician, came out to do spring maintenance on our air conditioning unit. We were so impressed with this young man. He was very personable, professional, and acknowledgeable. After he completed the inspection, he sat down with us and explained in great detail what he had done and what he had discovered. Our 21 year old unit/system had several major issues that he thoroughly described along with photos he had taken. He then presented us with several options. In the end, we determined that the wisest course of action was to totally replace the old system with new equipment. A week from now, Donley will be back, and we have total confidence that the equipement will be properly installed. Honestly, we would not want any other company in the valley to do the work.

    Worst customer service. Called to fix kitchen sink for my father's home. Called before 5 they said they could have someone come out within 2 hours. Donley called back and said could they reschedule for 8am. The plumber that came out stated it would cost 850.00. My farther has had numerous service's done before. After the free quote he asked how much should it cost. After talking to his supervisor it would be 650.00 Taking advantage of an elderly person is wrong. We sent him packing. You lost a long time customer. My father is 90. Beware of cost. Mr. Donley you need to be aware of your business and what's happening in the field.

    Donley had installed a solar hot water system on my roof just over 3 years ago. The literature provided with the system suggested that there was a 6 year warranty. Thus, when the monitor showed no signal from the thermocouple on the roof resulting in the pump not operating and no hot water being produced, I expected that this item would be covered by warranty and called Donley for the repair. They sent a congenial repair man who, after some phone consultations with Mike, was able to identify and reconnect the wiring to the thermocouple at the solar panel on the roof. He described the problem as not a bad thermocouple but a loose electrical connection. He said that, when he removed the pipe insulation, the thermocouple wiring was loose. He reconnected it and everything worked as it did originally. He restored the insulation on the piping which he had removed to access the thermocouple leads, but did not paint it white as was done with the original installation to protect the insulation from the sun's harsh effects. Then he presented me with the bill. I said that I had presumed that this was a warranty repair, but was told that their work has only a 1 year parts and labor warranty. He said my bill was $125/hour for the 1 hour's work. At that rate, I was not going to send him back up on the roof to paint the insulation!
    Bottom line - I expected that Donley would have done a better job with the initial installation such that there would not have been a loose wire connection in such a short time. My previous solar hot water system endured more than 25 years in the AZ sun without a wiring failure such as this. I also expected that restoring the system would have included painting the new installation at no extra charge.
    As to ratings - I would give Ricardo 5 for congeniality and 3 for system knowledge. I believe Donley did not provide a suitably robust installation initially and am disappointed in having to pay to have it corrected. That rates no more than 1 star.
