    Shocked at the good reviews. They tried to charge $1600 for 2 hours of work for a leaking pipe. When I questioned it and asked for the price book as their website says they all stick to, he offered $1200. They wouldn’t give an itemized bill and wouldn’t explain the $1200. It’s $600 an hour and just taking advantage of the situation. There are just better options that charge even $300 an hour but aren’t nearly as shady.

    I dont even know where to start. So much positive to say, but I'll (try to) keep it brief. The last thing I thought I would ever do would be writing a review for a plumber. Donley plumbing has saved us - TWICE. The first plumbing need we had for Donley was to finish a job that another plumber started and messed up on. We contacted Donley due to our first plumber being flighty, unresponsive, unprofessional, unethical, unreliable, inconsistent, damaged our floor (in a spot in which they were not even working) and...I could go on. They talk a big game, act like there invested in your project but they're not. they also do not communicate with each other because we would be told different things from different plumbers within the company.
    After months of putting up with this company
    we contacted Donley Plumbing and they fixed the problem within a week for THOUSANDS less than the first plumber that left us hanging numerous times for weeks at a time. ( I can not name the first/horrible plumber/ company in this review, but I will be happy to share the name of this company with anyone/everyone that wants to know)
    Doneley's office staff and plumbers were compassionate, responsive, professional and get this - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. And, they did the first job for a fair price. The second time was for more of what we thought was an emergency situation but wasn't vs. a plumbing install as the first job was. The response could have been a little better (we had to call back twice). For the second job, they were still very personable, professional and down to earth. They explained things in a way that could be understood by someone that does not know plumbing or plumbing terminology. The cost of the second job was a bit high considering what was done and the labor involved (and was not an emergency situation by the way)..... especially since the materials, time and labor of the first job was more way than the second. Not sure if we received some type of first-time customer discount the first time or what, but we will likely continue to use Donely Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs as long as they don't start ripping us off too. :D Special thanks to Hayden, Walt, Matt and Ralph!

    I want to thank Donley AC and Plumbing for their excellent work. Garrett from Donley Heating and Cooling did an amazing job repairing the water leak in my AC unit, and he even followed up a day later to ask about any other issues I might be experiencing or know someone who is. He was very attentive, courteous, and professional.

    Beware. They left a 60 year old woman and a 14 year old dog in a house that was 94 degrees was told how good their customer service was and how long they have been in business. Was told if they couldn't fix it that day they would provide temporary cooling. The tech was supposed to come back inside to let her know what was happening. It was too hot inside the house for him to write up the estimate so he got in his a/c truck and never came back. Literally put my family in grave danger without any concern whatsoever. Would you consider this good customer service? Or just another company out for a quick buck. You decide
