The tech changed the reverse osmosis filter and looked at the pipes in the garage and noticed the pipes were a color he had never seen before. The tech didn’t provide any guidance about color of the pipes. There was a language barrier so not sure what the problem is or how to deal with it.

They only care about getting the $80 inspection fee. I called American home and water to check on a leak in the water softener installed by them. I knew the leak was from a pvc drain pipe behind the wall as the water was coming below the baseboard. The technician came and told me the same and without doing any work charged me $80. He said he doesn’t have all the tools to repair it and asked me to call the office to schedule an appointment to fix the broken pipe which he said will be another $500. This is a ripoff. They are simply trying to get the $80 without doing any work and quoting huge amounts which they know customer will not agree to. The technician could have scheduled the appointment himself but instead asked to call their office again. And who comes to work without tools?

Decided on American Water and Air yesterday and my new tankless water heater was installed today. The quick turnaround was because my tank heater sprung a leak. The installers were very nice and did a great job of cleaning up.

Water softener not producing soft water. Service rep arrived, trouble shoot and repaired quickly while on site. New part was required. Was covered under warranty. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

Leo Sandoval was on time and very thorough with his inspection. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. We also bought our unit from them last year. Out of four companies, none of the others could beat their price.

They did annual maintenance on our 3 stage RO system. Explained and provided an overview on condition of our system which is now 7 yr in service. Recommended system replacement in next year or two because of plastic housing and membrane approaching end of their useful life.

Rich Gonzales was friendly, professional, and prompt. He fixed my RO system and identified another issue he was able to fix the same day.
