Great experience. Upgraded the HVAC system with an air scrubber and duct cleaning. AHWA has outstanding customer service and outstanding technicians. My service technicians today were Leo, Sam and Will. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism. Arrived on time, explained all work processes and completed all work in a timely manner. They covered furnishings and cleaned up afterwards. Super happy.

After my AC stopped working, I needed someone to call. I heard about American Home Water and Air through friends and family. Once they came, they got straight to work. It didn’t take long before they finished. I am very satisfied with the price of the service as well as the service itself . Recommend for anyone in the Phoenix area. Doesn’t get any better than this. Over 23 years of quality service on my RO, gas water heater, and my water softener. Their attention to detail and customer service hasn’t changed since the day the owner came out and put my water softener in. Needed American Home Water & Air to return last week because I changed my refrigerator and thus change my R.O needs on the refrigerator. Fidel cam out and had me up and running with his expertise in less than 15 minutes. Exceptional quality and customer service.

Had a reverse osmosis unit installed 1 year ago. They texted a reminder to replace the filters. Making an appointment was simple and they showed up on time. Work completed quickly and the service man was very professional. Would recommend them for reverse osmosis, hot water tanks or if you’re installing a new toilet. They do it all.

AHWA service call for warranty item related to water softener system. Repair completed in a timely and efficient manner. Service Technician, Higi C, was professional, neat and helpful in explaining the work to be done.
We have previously used AHWA to perform service/maintenance on the filtering components for the resin tank which need to be replaced periodically based on usage.
From scheduling through work performed would fully recommend AHWA.
