Leo showed up within the arranged time window for my semi-annual HVAC service. Scheduling was easy, with no long lead time.

AHWA has always done quality work at a reasonable price (HVAC, water heater, water softener). I always recommend them to friends and family, without hesitation.

Gerardo Gomez, technician, came to the house and replaced the filters in my RO system. He did an excellent job, and I had some questions for him as he was finishing the work. He answered all the questions thoroughly and asked if I had more questions. I gave him five stars for service and interaction with the customer.

AHWA replaced our HVAC units in 2016 when we purchased our house. We have continued to use their services to maintain the units on the VIP plan and have been satisfied with all aspects of this company from scheduling to preventive maintenance. All employees we have come in contact with are courteous,
knowledgeable professionals.

A couple of years ago we needed to get a new HVAC system and did a lot of research and asked friends for referrals. We checked out several companies and decided to use American Home, Water and Air. We also had several neighbors so the same. I believe they installed new systems in at least 5 homes within a block of our house (all of our homes were built the same years). We have all been very happy with our selection and continue to use American for all of our maintenance. They are professional, efficient, clean, cost effective and on time and the office staff is also very helpful. Highly recommend American Home, Water and Air for all of your HVAC needs.

RO 5 stage system filter replacement. Also camera for underground plumbing to ensure no water leaks. Omar was very knowledgeable! We are scheduling more work to be done.

AWHA was very pleasant to work with. Made one phone call about my soft water system and they scheduled to have it replaced that weekend. Higi was our service tech and he was a pleasure to work with. Great company!
