Nazar was very knowledgeable and competent. He was able to trouble shoot our problem quickly when our previous HVAC company could not figure out our issue over many months. We were very pleased with the service.

they installed my a/c in 2019 when the house was new. The system failed three times since then. They came promptly each time and replaced major components twice. This last time they say they can only come to check out the problem in 11 days. I called another company which came out in 2 hours. They can replace the system which has sustained a complete failure, total coolant loss and compressor failure. Chas Roberts offered no installation warranty. The replacement will cost me 17,000 dollars. The installation had several major flaws. Don't use them.

New home owner orientation. Nick was great. He walked us through the details of our system and answered all of our questions. He also explained their maintenance programs, but was not pushy about is signing up right then.

Alexis was great! He explained everything to us step by step as he went through our HVAC system. Alexis definitely made this easily one of the best HVAC experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Alexis!

Nolan was very courteous and professional! He knew what to do in order to connect the zones in order for our home to heat properly. After connecting the zones, he checked each vent to ensure that heat was coming out of them. He also took the time to obtain an answer for my husband regarding adding a humidifier to our home. He did an excellent job and possesses great customer service skills!

My Chas Roberts technician was very professional and explained everything to me throughout the repair. I have always used Chas Roberts as they have always been quick and professional and never try to overcharge me for unnecessary parts or services.

This company installed the system for my new build 2019 home so they serviced the warranty. Chas Roberts was called to our home approximately seven times to repair a poor running system over about 3 years. All visits were addressed by identifying a refrigerant leak (usually near the outside unit). Within months a new leak would occur, Chas would send a tech who would assure us the issue was repaired. On one visit the attic unit was identified as the leaking problem. The tech was relatively new and had to replace the evaporative coil. This is a two man job but the tech struggled to get the heavy bulky unit into the attic before a second tech was called to help. The new coil was never right apparently leaking through several subsequent visits - but was never again identified as a problem.
Our service warranty finally expired so when the system again failed to cool we called a competitor, Reddi Sevices. They came out and identified the leaking coil. In their words, the coil was leaking badly and had probably leaked since being installed. While fixing the coil and recharging, the compressor failed. Reddi replaced that too. The new company replaced the parts with 2 experienced techs and now the unit works very well. Thank you Chas for band-aiding the problems until the service warranty ran out - for damaging a young compressor by causing it to constantly run low on refrigerant - and for causing us to have huge electric bills due to an air conditioner that always ran poorly. But this post is not for you as you demonstrated how little you care. It’s for the next person who may use you by choice. Hopefully they’ll think twice.

Great service, communication was great and once they found the problem. The repairs were made in within the time frame estimated. People please always call a professional person to work on your A/C . The previous person that worked on our unit , placed the wrong part that caused the unit to leaked.

Chaz Roberts installed the air conditioning units in our newbuild home in 2019 sometime in 2021 I called in to have the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms checked because it was 10° warmer than the rest of the house they came out for free and said they fixed it and the room was definitely cooler now fast forward to 2023 we have a newborn and are using a bedroom that we never go in, come to find out they turned off the air conditioning in that bedroom to force it to the other room so I had to call them back out to fix it so that my son does not get heat stroke in an air conditioned house.... They charged me $150 for a 2 minute visit(literally) to pull a piece of metal that was taped over the vent I have never felt so ripped off before. The tech said they have to charge that when people keep flip flopping rooms although I never would have done it in the first place if I would have known that they where doing that. I originally called to have a problem fixed which they put a Band-Aid on and didn't fix and now it cost me $150 two years down the road to undo what they said would fix the issue.

Response to owner- I completely understand charging fair for work but $150 to remove a piece of metal that took two minutes and could have been explained over the phone shows the lack of integrity in you and your company the $89 trip charge should have more than covered the effort that went in to fixing this issue. I assure you I will not be reaching back out for any future needs and also emplor anyone reading this review to look up this company on (yelp 2 stars!!) ... you will think twice about using there service.
This is from my original home inspection report showing the issue that was not fixed it says bedroom 2 and 3 have issues so you chose to redirect air from 2 to 3 to fix the issue??? "COMPREHENSIVE PROPERTY INSPECTIONS Report # : Lo0606JF Page 18 Part A 2
© E Improper and / or lower air temperature split / differential readings for the HVAC system were observed in bedroom #2, #3 and
the hallway near the entry, recommend further evaluation of the HVAC system. "(
