company that is a pleasure to work with . We had 3 estimates, theirs was the most reasonable for the same equipment and installation by far. Our salesman, Evan Hynes was excellent. He lined up everything and was very professional. Crews showed up by 8:00 am and were done with installation and cleanup within 5 hours. We purchased a new total split system 2, 3 and a half ton units. I highly recommend speaking with Evan at Chas Roberts, before you purchase a new system

I called Chas Roberts on a Wednesday to ask about replacing my AC unit which was not working properly. An employee from the company was there that afternoon to take measurements! The new unit was installed 3 days later & works perfectly. The installer arrived on time, did the install, & thoroughly communicated all necessary information to me. Professional, timely, & great value….I will highly recommend Chas Roberts!!

Jesus installed a new freon coil, and fixed several other things he discovered with our system. He was most courteous and excellent at explaining everything.

Luis was very prompt this morning. He was friendly and ready to get to work. He fixed my AC quickly and even went on attic to fix some of my vent hoses. He cleaned my coils as best he could. He recommended I get someone out to get it cleaned as it was causing some of my rooms to not get air. He was knowledgeable and even showed me what it looked like. His service was 👨🏼‍🔧 A1

Cesar came today to do maintenance for our ac. Very polite professional and knowledgeable. He explained a situation that was resolved. He replaced our ac filters as well. Informed us of another filter that none of the other technicians have told us. I request him again for my heating maintenance. He definitely does a great job!
Cesar came back today cause the ac did not turn on and fixed the problem. Minor problem. Chas Robert’s came to fix it immediately. Great company! Will refer friends.
