The engineer (Damon) that came out was very knowledgeable, listened Intently and then proceed to adjust and refine our equipment to meet the air balance concerns we had! Afterwards he explained everything in perfect detail so we could understand what was done. Very satisfying experience!
My HVAC Tech Alejandro came to diagnose my no A/C condition with my unit. He quickly found the issue and fixed the problem and made sure I understood not only what the problem was, but gave me a thorough explanation of how the system works together as one. He made sure I understood my warranty and gave his preventative maintenance recommendations. Very professional and great customer service. Will be using Alejandro for any other issues I may have with my heating and cooling.
We had an issue with the multi zone A/C unit and the technician was able to isolate and correct the problem in a timely manner.. He also took the time to educate us on how the unit should function. Thx

We had a recall on a part of our furnace and the after the part was installed by the company the manufacturer sent the unit didn’t work. We called Chas and the 2nd tech Alejandro that was sent out was truly exceptional. We went above and beyond to assist us with getting our unit working. Chas you need to keep him, his customer service is one of the best I have seen in a very long time. Not to mention he and another gentleman stayed till almost 730pm to make sure our unit was working ! Thank you again

My only complaints is that when the warranty work was started the king valve was cooked by the tech and I had to wait 5 days for a new part to come in. (Accidents happen not a big deal) what annoyed me is no management or anyone called to offer a loaner window mount AC unit.. so that accident became my problem and I had to come out of pocket 230 bucks to get a window unit… so what should of been just a standard free warranty work cost me 230.00 buckaroos. If they would have reached out and offered a lender I would have gave them 5 Stars.
Accidents happen in every field and not a big deal but the follow up of taking care of your customer is what counts.

Alejandro was very thorough and identified the root cause that the previous technician missed. Not only did he fix the issue, he explained it in a way that was easy to understand and told me 3 ways I could make sure my AC unit functions more efficiently.
Our heater went out in the middle of the night. The next morning my husband called Chas Roberts AC and they sent Alejandro out ASAP. Alejandro fully explained everything that was happening with our system, which we greatly appreciated since our builder never explained any of these things to us, and this is our first home. Alejandro was thorough and efficient. He remedied the issue immediately and was very kind and professional. We are extremely satisfied with Alejandro and Chas Roberts AC. We are so thankful that we felt prioritized and didn't have to wait to get the issue fixed.
My home is less than five years old and has some issues with the air conditioning under warranty. They were remarkable in their service and getting the necessary parts and doing the maintenance on the unit. I highly highly recommend them. They were clean, friendly, and did not leave a mess behind.

Alejandro did in one visit, what Chas Roberts should have done in three. Because of poor workmanship before him, he had to work longer on the hood above my gas cooktop. He is extremely knowledgeable, and even explained warranty and maintenance. He was also very personable. It's refreshing to see people who actually BELIEVE in customer service! If you ever have any Chas related issues, be sure to ask for Alejandro! I couldn't be more pleased with the service call.
