    We needed a mini-split installed for a single room. Chas Roberts was quick to schedule an estimate and we had the mini-split installed the same week! A crew came out early in the morning, installed the inside and outside units within hours. An Electrician crew was also here for the electrical work. Both jobs were done professionally and without fuss.
    And to our surprise we had a follow up visit to check on the installation and to see if we had any questions.
    Very happy with the services provided by Chas Roberts.

    We came home after vacation to find our air conditioner had stopped working. Since it was Sunday I didn't expect anyone to be available but they had a technician come and repair it. Jeremy was thorough and explained the repair. He then waited to make sure it was working correctly. All in all great service.

    Chas Roberts Air Conditioning & Plumbing - please explain why in 3 months a brand new house with a brand new AC has needed someone to come out to fix it 5+ times? We had someone out yesterday and 24 hrs later the AC isn’t working. I’m told that the soonest you can come out is between 1-5pm tomorrow after calling at 830. Brad the Supervisor tells me “at least it’s only 102 outside and not 115”. Your company is the worst and I will make sure everyone knows!!

    ****This response must be from Adam. I think it’s hilarious that you think your tech saved us somehow. You spent the whole 16 min on the phone blaming everyone except your company for our AC issues. I honestly couldn’t even listen to it any further.

    Your tech could have gotten our warranty voided and honestly that is still a possibility. But we got our air to work the night before. Because of my daughter’s health condition, she overheats quickly and it becomes emergent. So when your Supervisor Brad was telling me to be thankful it’s 102 and not 115, we went to the breaker and switched it on and off. Thankfully our air came back on. Because otherwise I would have had to get a hotel that allowed dogs so that we would be able to have a decent night of sleep.

    Your excuses are lame. Like you said, you install in 38,000 homes a year. So you should probably have someone available 24/7 when it’s over 100 degrees and it’s a brand new system.

    We recently had a disappointing experience with Chas Roberts. Our AC unit kept tripping the breaker and wouldn't stay on very long. So we called Chas Roberts because we have a warranty with them. We were told we have an evaporator coil that was leaking and would cost $1900 for labor. For that amount of money we thought it was worth getting a second opinion. I'm glad we did! The issue was not with the evaporator coil but loose wiring at the breaker and the coolant did need topping up. We ended up paying $300 instead of $1900. All I'm saying is do your research, ask questions and don't be afraid to get a second opinion!

    First off, Alejandro was AMAZING!!! I just bought a brand new build and was having issues with the house cooling down. First thing he did was educate me on using my touch pad thermostat which I've never used before coming from apartment living. As soon as he fixed the issues, I could tell a difference right away. Yes he fixed my AC issues but most importantly he educated me at the same time which is not the norm. His services and education is greatly appreciated. I'm not a fan of using vendors I see on commercials because of bad previous experiences but now I'm a Chas Roberts customer for life!
