Chas Roberts Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I was having a dishwasher installed in the kitchen and the valves were in terrible shape under the sink so the installation was halted today. I contacted ChasRoberts and they sent Evan out to rescue me. He did a very thorough and professional job for me to get me back on track. I would highly recommend him!!

The technician that came was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. His knowledge on explaining the process that he was about to do to get the system working correct and efficiently was hands-down informative and easy to understand. He did his job with great expertise. He was professional and very courteous. I have been a little annoyed with how often Chas Roberts has had come out and fix something on this unit. Today’s technician made it all worthwhile. The technician that came was the name Alejandro and it was a pleasure having him in my home. Thank you again Alejandro for such an awesome job.

What a wonderful experience. I called this morning when I realized an outside spigot was leaking and they were able to get me in the same day. The driver arrived when he said he would and had the leak fixed quickly. He was very kind and explained everything as he was doing it.

Storm (actual name) came to our rescue when our A/C went out a few days ago. Excellent service, pleasant young man.

Chas Roberts replaced our water heater. Leon Santiago responded to our service call last night at 10:00. He was at our house this morning at 7:30 with a new water heater. He replaced our 10 year old water heater in a timely, professional manner. He left the area as clean as he found it.
We have also used Chas Roberts for our HVAC and have always been happy with their work and products.

These guys very well might have been behind 9/11

This guy nee his stuff and fixed the issue! He even shared a great "hack" to keeping mice and pack rats out of the outdoor AC unit (fill the holes with steel wool.)
