Sea Breeze troubleshot my old ac system and due to projected costs to repair and revamp the old system, I decided that it was more cost effective if I installed a new ac unit all together ( outside and inside units). My furnace is in the attic not on the roof, so they had to break it appart to remove it and install a brand new one. They were on time bright and early with my new equipment on the drive way, and were done with the complete install just after noonish, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away old units. Now my home is energy efficient again :-). All in all I liked their punctuality and professionalism and the fact that they followed up with a call after feww weeks to make sure my ac was working well.

For those looking to for HVAC work, I would highly advise against using this company. Also look at their yelp reviews, 1.5 stars, or their better business bureau score, 2.5. Absolutely horrible company, and now I can see why so many people are not happy with them. My upstairs unit stopped working so I attempted to have this company come out to evaluate the unit. They have constantly not shown up and rescheduled. I am a pretty easy going person, so I gave them the benefit of a doubt and reschedule... numerous times. It has now been over one month and I still am not able to get a member of their team to come out and take a look. They were schedule to come out again today on 6/22/23 and did the same thing. At this point I am no longer playing their game and going with a more reputable company. Writing this review to hopefully prevent others from making the same mistake as me and choosing this company. I can't imagine if something went wrong with their repair and then try to get them back out a second time. Would be a nightmare.

Came home and it was 96 degrees in the house. I called sea breeze cooling and they were able to send a technician within the hour of my call. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the service, he did not try to sell me any other services for the AC unit.
It was also Father’s Day when the AC decided to take break.

I was hesitant at first because the company is in Goodyear and my home is in Gilbert. However, Hamza arrived early, easily diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. I was impressed at the communication both prior to and during the repair.

Our AC went out May 16th called Home warranty May 17th they assigned Sea Breeze who would call me the next morning to schedule an appointment. I decided to be proactive and call them May 18th 8 am. No available appointments that day but they would schedule me in if anything became available. A tech was able to come out May 18th told us we needed a whole new AC unit, nothing could be repaired, said he would submit the report but most likely Home warranty wouldn't cover. Being proactive again I got 2 other companies to come check it out got estimates in case home warranty wouldn't cover. Called home warranty next day May 19th they said 24- 48 hrs for report to be available. Kept calling every day. Report was not available until May 26th (7) days later. Report said only Compressor needs to be replaced, home warranty co. Arranged for compressor to be delivered to sea breeze today May 31st. I was supposed to receive a call from Sea breeze May 30th to schedule my installation but no call was received by end of day I called them they said they are waiting from aproval from home warranty company. Called home warranty company today they told me sea breeze scheduled to pick up compressor instead of delivery for faster service but compressor has not been picked up yet. Called sea breeze during business hours but no answer, left a VM let's see how many more 100° Summer days we will go with no AC.
