On time and Comunidad with me wven on the weekend to know I was scheduled. Once here professional and stayed on task till my AC was working again. Quick and easy.

My AC went out, called my home warranty company, they set me up with Sea Breeze Cooling, 2 days later still no contact, no answer, voicemail full. NOT the way to do business.

At the beginning this company was very helpful and friendly. Terry was amazing. The day our compressor was fixed the guy that came out with Terry dropped the compressor off of the dolly and left a huge gauge in our new travertine. I'm sure is was an accident but once I addressed it no one would answer or respond to any calls or texts messages! Very unprofessional, and now we have to repair damage to our backyard.

Very pleasant able to diagnose problem and repair quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Absolute worst service we've ever gotten. The technician said that he "couldn't do anything to help us" and then went back to our home warranty company and said that "he just wasn't willing to do the work". What a freaking joke.

One a/c was overheating whereby the thermostat went up to 88 degrees! Turns out to be the condenser…which was diagnosed immediately and replaced! Thanks…
