Bad service they Never answer the Phone …. I was with out A/C For 3 days HERE AZ IS 110 and they never came . called the 2 times.. the worst don't waste your time .

We encountered Sea Breeze Cooling through our home warranty company, Home Team Select. I contacted Sea Breeze Cooling after receiving the auth. number. I left a message and within an hour I received confirmation of a service date and time for the next morning. Sea Breeze Cooling service tech arrived on time and had all equipment needed to determine the cause of our upstairs AC failure. The air handler failed due to the 25 y/o electronic board failure. The technician explained the replacement process. Fortunately we have a portable AC unit which we used in our bedroom, so we were able to sleep normally. Of course, the AC blower had to fail over the Memorial Day weekend. But, We were updated daily and the new electronic board was installed. The Sea Breeze technician checked the entire AC system. We asked him to check the downstairs unit and he checked the AC electronics and cleansed and washed the inside of the unit of soil and leaves. The technician made sure there was no mess both in the house and outside AC unit areas.

We were pleased with the service and we are enjoying cool air throughout the house.

I love this company they are amazing. We had a leak from the AC unit and they responded so quickly to our emergency. The tech that came out to repair out AC unit was so nice and great at figuring out what was wrong and had it repair very quickly. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze Cooling!!
