Sea Breeze Cooling

The company scheduled a window of 11am -2pm. Called at 215 to say they were running late and said they would be here by 4. Showed up at 415 and said they could not service a two story home. SERIOUSLY?? I wasted an entire day waiting for this worthless company.

Very proffessional staff. Came on time, and were done in20-30 minutes. Ownership is knowladgeable and helpful. Costs are reasonable too.

Office staff is completely incompetent and the work they did caused more damage and out of pocket expense then solving the issue. Do not use this company!

Excellent service all around, quick return calls from scheduling and the tech came on Friday evening to rescue us from the 115 degree weather!

So they where supposed to replace compressor, fan and fix line blockages........ they showed up, said they fixed it and then left. Still no AC and fan is still original. Called 36 times and left 13 voicemails with no call back. Filed with BBB. Hopefully we can have AC soon
