My air conditioning stopped working, called late afternoon and they were out the next morning. The technician, Ahman, was polite, thorough and answered all my questions and concerns. I totally recommend this company! From the office staff and technician, all were so pleasant and timely. Their price was very good. Definitely will use this Company again! Thanks!

I do not recommend using this company. Here’s why
The phone number goes to voice mail almost immediately
The return call comes up as spam likely by t-mobile
And most of all.. my tech came out promptly, but left telling me his company was going to send someone out who was more experienced the next day.
No one came out. When I spoke to the lady in India she told me the notes say I was told to call the home warranty place first American home warranty. There are three of us that heard this guy say he’d be sending someone out more familiar with our unit. We did not misunderstand
On top of that when I did call the home warranty place they told me they couldn’t send someone else out because sea breeze hadn’t turned in their report yet.
So I waited all day for someone who wasn’t coming, no way to speak to a person, and no escalation path.
Honestly at this point I’m done with sea breeze and first American. This is downright dishonest and even though it was probably miscommunication and not malice I have zero recourse. So I’m just going to have the ac fixed or replaced out of pocket and cut my losses with these terrible companies

Sea Breeze Cooling replaced my AC for $1000 less than the lowest quote I received from another company for exact same system. Julio did a great job installing it. They explained everything to me and it was done the next day. Thank you for a great experience.

Sea Breeze Cooling was very quick on a Monday morning to respond to a weekend request for air conditioner service. The technician was very helpful not just in correcting the problem but also by providing me feedback back on how to avoid it in the future. Definitely will use them again.

My home warranty company sent Sea Breeze. Tech Hamza came within the given time window, fixed my AC quickly and let me know what I needed. Besides service fee, I paid for cleaning and a booster start kit. I am very happy with service I received and highly recommend Sea Breeze.

Unfortunately I was assigned this company through my home warranty. AC out on Monday, apparently sent through as an emergency due to children/animals/heat wave, etc. They came Thursday, nearly 2 hours after I was promised a time...even though I called and was told they'd arrive <30 minutes....so 1.5 hours later, they arrived, told me the compressor needed to be replaced and would sent the approval paperwork to my warranty company that afternoon. They did not.
I called my warranty, they called Sea Breeze and requested the order.
Then Sea Breeze decided to cancel my work order saying NOW that it is too old for them to service. Even my warranty company said it's probably because I complained about their lack of communication and professionalism. I'll tell everyone through every platform not to trust them.

This summer my home warrantee company (Old Republic) sent Seabreeze to repair my AC. On a Friday evening, before the weekend, Seabreeze came out to my home and said nothing was wrong with my AC while the temperature inside was going up, we were hot in the house. They changed the cardboard filter and said it was my fault because I didn't change it regularly. Then they left before the ac could get cooler but it never did. I was forced to call a 24 hour company on my own over the weekend. Turns out I had a freon leak in my 29 year old AC unit and I paid $800 for just 4lbs of freon, needless to say I was grossly overcharged by the 24 hour company but i had no choice if i wanted relief. By Monday the house was getting hot again due to the leak and I called Seabreeze to tell them they misdiagnosed my AC unit issue on Friday and asked them to come back out. Seabreeze would not come and said they had too many other calls and it would be 2 weeks before they could come back out again because they were booked with new calls. I was already a customer so I should have come before a new customer AND I paid my service fee to them. This did not make sense to me at all. Needless to say my home warrantee company had to find a new AC company to come out, but not until Tuesday. In the end the entire AC unit was replaced! It was 2-3 weeks before it could be fully repared because of the supply chain issues. Plus me and my kids lived in the house which was 89 degrees until it could get fixed. I never was reimburse by any company for the $800. If Seabreeze had properly diagnosed the issue to begin with I would not have spent the $800 on freon, out of pocket and would not have had to switch to a nw AC company. Seabreeze pushed me to the back their line when i was already a customer!!!! Do NOT use this company!
