This company was AMAZING!!! I have NEVER had service like this before!!! They were so fast to respond to our needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, fast. Just can’t say enough about this company!!! You’ve got to use them!!!

Sea Breeze Cooling came out for the "spring" cleaning of our HVAC. We have a Home Warranty and they have sent out Sea Breeze previously. Each time we have been so pleased - they do the cleaning and we don't have any "surprises" -- too many other services always find "something" wrong that is going to cost us more money. This is an honest, reliable and trustworthy company. They are experience, competent and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much for your honest service!

Worst service company we have had to be contracted with using our home warranty. We paid them several thousand dollars for our ac/heat to be fixed and they never got it fully working correctly. They never answer their phones, texts, emails & voicemails to remedy the situation or address our concerns. We hired a second company to come fix everything they did. Worst experience we’ve had, we were out air conditioning/heat during January all the way through April.. temperatures in the winter low 40s at night all the way to the high spring temperatures 90s.
They still refuse to refund or remedy the situation.

This has been the only company I ever used through my home warranty that I can give a 5 star review for. I own four properties and have had several different companies throughout the years for my HVAC and none of them except for one I had a positive experience with. Ayeshe (hope I spelled it correctly) answered my call and sent someone out the next day. She was extremely nice and and very helpful. The technician came on time when he was supposed to and gave me a heads up when he would be arriving. He diagnosed the problem right away and repaired it right away.
I will definitely use this company again!

We got in contact with them threw your home warranty company and we called them out twice for the same problem they never fixed it. I ended up having to figure out the problem my self and I am not a trained technician. in short they were very unprofessional and not knowledgeable in their trade at all. I would not use or recommend this this company at all.
