I was assigned this company by my home warranty, and I have to say they were more professional, and honest than my home warranty company. I was very happy with the tech who came out and correctly diagnosed the issue. They sent the request to order 1 part that needed ordered. However, my home warranty company ordered the incorrect part (and too many at that). Sea Breeze went and ordered the part from my AC manufacturer themselves since my home warranty was being difficult. I am so appreciative of them going above and beyond to get it fixed and get the right part. I will definitely continue using them OUTSIDE of my home warranty.

Had Seabreeze replace the condenser and some other AC equipment via home warranty. Usually home warranty repairs take forever, but they followed up and got our AC installed 3 days after it went out of service. Mo was great to work with and he provided great follow up. His workers were great as well. Would definitely recommend them.

They started off 45 mins late. Then the tech tried have my husband pay him out side the warranty company. We said no.
They then said the would put in a report with the warranty company. They did not .they also didn't answer the phone for 5 days after leaving our home. To let us know the status of the part.
When they finally did answer they said the warranty company denied the claim. That was not true. Then the warranty company had to send out another co tractor and they fixed the ac. I'm my opinion they are not an honest company. Would never work with them.

A technician came out 3 days ago to fix a unit that wasn't cooling efficiently. He refilled the R-22 and left. The next day the system was completely non-functional. The outside unit would not shut off, the pipes were frozen, and the system was not cooling. They came back out this morning pulled the fuse and said they would be back in 1-2hours. 10min after leaving they called and said they will be back tomorrow. The Technician was polite and professional, but the work was not done. When I try to call them it went straight to voice mail.
